Objectives
To coordinate with the administration and develop innovative methods to teach the children. To publicize the school to help them raise funds.

An endeavor to bring these children into g the mainstream To train them to become relatively o ta t e beco e e at ve y independent and self reliant in life A sustainable employment model for the students

Understanding the needs of children and g role of the school. Assisting the teachers ss st g t e teac e s Interaction with the principal and teachers where the requirement of developing a sustainable employment model was brought up up. Brainstorming among the team members

Discussing the ideas with the Principal g p and selecting one a small scale bakery to be set up at School of Hope. p p Taking a survey of bakeries around J Jamshedpur and doing a cost analysis for p g y preparing the proposal. Handing over of the proposal to the Principal during the Sporting Event organized at School of Hope Hope.

Sporting event organized at School of Hope. Hope Football , Volleyball, 100 m Race, Penalty Shootout, etc, Shootout etc Prizes were distributed to the winners and participation gifts given to all i i i if i ll Drawing Competition conducted over 3 days. Concluded by dance. y Publicity generated for School of Hope

Learning from the project


Helped the team understand the needs of p mentally challenged children. Helped us appreciate the effort given by e pe app ec ate t e e o t g ve teachers During the course of the project the team realized the strengths and weaknesses of its members members.

The Group went through the usual stages p g g of Forming , Storming, Norming Performing during the process of its g g p development into a team. Team learnt the importance of individual accountability and team work
