INTRODUCTION Japan Malaysia Technical Institute is an institute of higher education under the Ministry of Human Resources. This institute focus more on practical than theoretical aspects. This causes the institute of choice for students interested in continued education in technical fields. JMTI offer courses up to diploma and advanced diploma levels. In addition, JMTI also offer basic certification for engineering graduate students, especially secondary school students SPM techniques. As elsewhere, is clearly imminent problems or inconveniences faced by the students. Because of that, my friends and I took the initiative to create a evaluation paper to identify problems faced by the students studying in JMTI. This case is very important to fix the problem faced by the students here. This evaluation paper is very important for students to express their problems studies in JMTI.

DISCUSSION Caused by such thing, my group has done a study to compare the responses given by JMTI students. This research was done on 25/11/2010 at JMTI. The research was made based on our data shown formed. The graph above who was agree (yes). Parking Facilities - From the doughnut chart above second lowest percentage 9% is agree with JMTI parking facilities. This mean, many of JMTI student is disagree with and not satisfied with the parking facilities at JMTI for students. Wireless - The highest percentage of wireless needed by student is 56%. This is because most of studies information has to find in the internet to add the information that lecture give in class. Outing Time - The time out of the hostel on Monday to Friday gets the third lowest percentage 11% by JMTI students. The shorter time of out is make student difficult to go and buy something at store. Food - The lowest percentage in doughnut chart is 4% is the food of dining hall. Most of every JMTI students are not satisfied with the dining hall food. Sometimes the food is delicious and sometimes is not. Equipment - The equipment in JMTI gets percentage of 20% is some of the equipment is in good condition and JMTI students can use it and some of it is broken.

Recommendations After doing the research, it is found out a few solutions that can the institute to take action to overcome student problems. Parking Facilities By upgrade the parking facilities with roofing, when its rain the vehicle will not get wet. Wireless JMTI have to install a wireless or hotspot to make easy learning by search in the internet for more information of studies. Outing Time The out time for students have to extend the time so the student is not rushing when their when out. Food The dining hall has to improve the cooking for students food. Equipment JMTI have to repair the equipments that is broken for students to have good learning in class.

Conclusion After our research about problems that occur in JMTi, we have make a chart to explain the situation. From the chart, we have proposed several questions to the students. From the results, install wireless for studies is the highest and the lowest is food at dining hall. Some factors that cause this problem are parking facilities for students JMTI. Beside that, the outing time for students and the last is equipment in JMTI for students studies. The JMTI must take actions as soon as possible to overcomes the students probles.
