With DTA, you can enhance the data extraction process with the validation procedure executed by several methods. Firstly, this highly reliable mechanism offers a possibility for meaningful data to be compared to a static value, or secondly checked on consistency within the document based on mathematical rules and equations. The last validation method involves providing metadata to DTA and then comparing the final data output with it based on precisely retrieved numerical score. In addition, the extracted variables can be made available to other applications and be integrated into different business processes within your organization.

Document Text Analyzer is designed for extracting information from structured document types such as passport, driving license, salary slip or identity card, and it can be also easily applicable to curriculum vitaes or some semi-structured and unstructured documents. Document Text Analyzer uses standard interfaces allowing the product to be employable in almost all environments where business processes are automated. This includes for instance the automatic processing of document flows of mortgage applications (Skydoo). The extraction of variables from a text file representing a specific document type is based on the configuration file, which describes how a variable can be found and what form a variable must have. By this configuration, DTA is also able to handle all variants of a particular document type.
