Business Operations Manager - Haiti Job Description Location: Port-au-Prince Peace Dividend Trusts Mission: To build markets, create

For more information, please visit www.peacedividendtrust.org Peace Dividend Trust in Haiti Peace Dividend Marketplace - Haiti (PDM-H) is a CIDA-funded project offering the following core services to registered buyers and suppliers: online procurement directory (www.buildingmarkets.org), tender distribution, business development, capacity development, and Buy local, buy Haiti promotion and advocacy. Responsibilities and Duties The Business Operations Manager is responsible for internal operations of the Business Development team, which includes Business Matchmaking and Business Verification, and the online portal, data management and impact assessment. The BOM position is a 6-month assignment focused on: 1) Improving and consolidating business development operations and business processes; 2) Mentoring business development team to increase productivity, improve service delivery and results analysis Reporting Lines Reports to the Country Director and coordinates with key staff as required. Qualifications Fluency in English, French, and willingness to learn basic Creole is required; Masters degree in business, commerce, or a relevant field preferred; Proven experience in business process improvement, business development or other directly applicable experience; Demonstrable leadership and mentorship ability; Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in difficult environments Experience with international agencies and NGOs Private sector experience is an asset
