AULA 1 - NÚMEROS

O caminho de quem decidiu aprender qualquer língua que seja, é longa e todo início é
difícil, mas é com resiliência e persistência, se consegue chegar ao nível avançado.

Meu nome é Wilson Anastácio Cabombeza e com a introdução da aula 1, iniciaremos a

segunda aula de inglês básico. Isto é, o nível A1.

Os números cardinais (one, two, three, etc.) são adjetivos numerais que são usados para
quantidade, e os números ordinais (first, second, third, etc.) são usados para a distribuição.

Vejamos a tabela dos números cardinais e ordinais abaixo:

 Anos em Inglês

Falar os anos em inglês é relativamente simples. Em geral, quando o ano tiver 4 dígitos,
leia os primeiros dois dígitos como um número inteiro, e então os outros dois dígitos como
outro número inteiro.

Exemplo:

2020 - Twenty twenty/two thousand and twenty

2008 - Twenty o eight/Two thousand and eight

2000 - Two thousand

1997 - Nineteen ninety seven

1908 - Nineteen o eight

1809 - Eighteen o nine
