Project Description: This project is to develop a system for Grasso to maintain the Central
Government’s new NREGA (National Rural Employment Guarantee Act) policy for urban people.

The end user of this system is the CISC owners being appointed by Grasso as their
representative in the urban places. The Families which want to come under this policy will
have to enlist their names to this CISC owner’s through this system, after that those records
will be send to some committee/authority for checking whether they are eligible for the policy,
if yes then they will be approved & will become the part of the policy. From the day of
approval they will start getting the benefits of the policy which will also be maintained through
this system. The approved family under this policy will be entitled to get 100 days of work,
which will also be monitored using this system. This project will have both offline & online
mode, as it will be used in very remote places. In offline mode they will fill some Excel Sheets
with the data, & once online they will use the system to pull the data from those Excel sheets
to the System.

The most important aspect of this system is that it is in multiple languages, starting with
English, Bengali & Hindi.

Project Description: This project is to develop some Add-Ins for Microsoft-Outlook-2003.

This project is a Multi-Site parallel development project, we being the virtual Indian-
Development Team of the USA counterpart. This project is developed following the Agile-Scrum
process Model. It provides a solution for MS Outlook users wherein large attachments are
uploaded to a remote location to circumvent the following current issues associated with the
inherent mechanism for sending attachments with an email:

• File size restrictions

• SMTP speed restrictions

• Daemon-errors

• Redundancy of sending multiple emails that contain the same attachments

In addition, the software will optionally compress attachment files into a zip archive, zip and
encrypt the attachments, or create a self-extracting archive.

OutDisk will be visible to end users during the creation of an email in MS Outlook via a toolbar
with one button. From here, users will be able to add/remove attachments to the email, set
compression, self-extracting archive options, encryption passwords, and modify remote site
settings. OutDisk will support anonymous FTP, standard FTP, SSL, TLS.

Project Description: International Survey Research Corporation (ISR), Chicago, USA is a
leading research and consulting firm helping companies increase the return on their
investments in human capital and drive organizational improvement.
ISR offers extensive customized employee survey services for employers across the globe. The
services are delivered through a number of technology tools like online questionnaires and
interactive reporting solutions. The core of the ISR technology solutions is a system called
“Survey Processing and Report”.
SPAR is an RDBMS based system, developed in the mid-nineties using the client-server
technology as a much-enhanced descendant of a flat-file based legacy system called Q-Sub. As
technology has changed over the years, a need has been felt to migrate SPAR into a computing
environment that is in step with the technology platforms available today, keeping the
functionality intact and adding a few new features to it.

SPAR system consists of the following modules to support its entire functionality:
