Envelope Styles Personalized Cards

Prices include your choice of message and greeting in green, red, black, or blue ink in a handwritten font shown on page 18. Any font can be used with any message. Please specify on order form. Maximum message and greeting: 7 lines. Envelopes come in Christmas Red, Christmas Green, or Traditional White. Choose your envelope color on the order form.

Personalized Envelope Printing

Your return address and your customers addresses will be printed on your colored envelopes in handwritten font using black ink. If white envelopes are chosen red, blue, or green ink will be used at NO EXTRA CHARGE. See page 18 for font types.

Custom Message or Signature

Allow additional time for orders with custom greetings, logos, and/or signatures to be processed. Signature can be printed in the greeting area. For signature reproduction, sign your name using a fine point, black felt tip pen on white paper and fax with order. For multiple signatures, complete order and request a signature layout be sent to you. If you have a digital signature, email to Shannon_Grace@ameritech.net. Custom Greeting: Type your greeting exactly as you wish it to appear and attach to your order. No handwritten greetings, please.

Proofs
Proofs will be emailed for approval. Hardcopy proofs are available upon request at an extra cost of $25.00. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed if hardcopy proofs are requested. All hardcopy proofs are mailed to you on actual card stock and envelopes.

Submitting Art for Logo

Logo: Can be printed on the back of your card. Digital Art PC compatible (.jpeg, .tiff, .png, .gif), high-resolution (minimum 300 dpi) artwork can be sent via e-mail to shannon_grace@ameritech.net. Black and white line art produces the best results. Artwork that includes grayscale, halftone, shadow, texture, or screen will not produce the best results.

Minimum Order
Minimum order quantity is 50 cards. Price per card decreases with larger orders. Remember, buy only what you need, whether its 55 cards, 117 cards, and so on.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipping and Handling will be added to your invoice. Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Flat Rate depending on size of order and billed at actual cost, plus $5 shipping and handling.

Multiple Orders
Prices are not based on total quantity ordered. Each different design, greeting, print, or print color will be priced as a separate order.

Within 5 days of receiving your order, we will email you a draft for approval. Orders will be shipped within 7 days of approved drafts and payment.
