here is a brief list of current opportunities i am working on.

regional human resource director (3; southeast, northeast and west coast)
requires:retail experience, large volume of employees, management
experience, generalist background.
compenstaion: target $98,000 base + 35% bonus

manager executive compensation - houston


requires: corporate office or consulting firm experience in compensation
and specifically some experience in executive comp. total of 5-10 years
experience preferred.
compensation: target $100,000 base + 25% bonus

vice president - asset management, cincinnati, ohio area


requires: depth in accounts receivable, bad dept, workout programs as well
as knowlege of inventory management and inventory systems. prefer
distribution, large company experience. senior leader - reports to cfo.
compensation: target $200,000 base + 30% bonus

vice president - training and development, charlotte, nc


requires: experience leading a training and development department in a
large company, retail experience preferred but not required, exceptional
leadership and change management skilss required.
compensation: target $225,000 base + 35% bonus

vice president - human resources, daytona beach, fl


requires: experience being a strategic hr business partner, reporting into
an operating unit, developing and implementing processes, procedures and
programs from scratch, experience participating at business leadership
level; understanding of widely dispersed and diverse hourly workforce.
compensation: target $200,000 base + 25% bonus
new business development/marketing manager, chicago, il
requires: 4+ years experience in marketing, new product development,
business case development and marketing plan development; prefer
experience with "environmentally friendly" or "green" products/concepts.
compensation: target $125,000 base + 20% bonus
