Description:
 Assist with the global color and fabric development with a comprehensive, competitive, profitable and strategically sound program. *Assist in
continuously improving and leading the overall print, color, and fabric technical process for George apparel. *Assist in overseeing the color and fabric
project process across the George brand.
 Help coordinate and facilitate needs related to resources, team participation and process development.
 Collaborate in coordinating communication on key objectives directly with overseas fabric team/suppliers to research fabrics for George apparel.
 Support print and color development and production for category.
 Attend key meetings and collaborate with international market in sharing color trends.
 Assist in fabric research and development for seasonal assortments in fashion pyramid for George apparel classification.
 Help in overseeing the seasonal fabric direction/presentations to share with design and merchants Assist in research development of new concept fabric
as needed.
 Help in maintaining fabric library for easy access and use Aide in creating strategies to consult and advise brand on selection of fabrics to be researched

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Know and deliver Technical style relevance from concept to development. Partner with Design, in early concept/design stage in creation of technical
construction components, sketch, silhouette integrity of shape and design as developed by Design teams.
SPECIFIC DUITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
Participate in the conceptual design process that encompass style, color and fabric for White Stag brand to ensure customer focused offerings that meet

Create initial hand sketches during concept phase for design concept verification
