i have attempted great effort not to insinuate the authorized professional
international securities use of similar technologies by such agencies as the national
security agency (nsa). unlike the majority of these cases, i do not believe our
mainstream government agencies are involved. aside from the aforementioned c.i.a,
fbi and general covert operations, i have more faith in their integrity. however, how
these cases are covertly handled by "segments" of government agencies, in my case
the fbi is a definite issue. i refer the book body of secrets by james bamford. this is a
true account of our history in these subject areas. their capabilities in detecting and
intercepting these encrypted designs are historically good; however, the nsa is not a
law enforcement agency. handling procedures by federal agencies such as the fbi
and cia is another issue. by the way, the fbi has their own satellite capabilities.
fortunately, the book lends validity to saving faith in upholding our constitution by
the national security agency. some operations such as the recent televised events
initiating december 15, 2005 are created by executive order. unfortunately, some of
these operations are necessary due to terrorism, organized crime and drug traffic. a
portion of the references in this report is to pronounce the existence of these
technologies, the politics and where the "branches" are today. in other words, this
type of electronic equipment and operations in the wrong hands is catastrophic –
(such as recorded in this report case indicative of many). i do so very honestly and
accurately through living this nightmare for approximately fifteen years. i reach out
to the reader to believe the reports are true accounts and extremely accurate.

the japanese entertainment giant sony has patented an idea for transmitting data directly into the brain,
with the goal of enabling a person to see movies and play video games in which they smell, taste and perhaps
even feel things, new scientist says.
the patent — based only on a theory, not on any invention — marks the first step towards a "real-life
matrix", the british science weekly says in next saturday's issue.
in the sci-fi film of that name, cyber-reality is projected into the brains of people via an electrode feed at the
back of their necks. in sony's patent, the technique would be entirely non-invasive — it would not use brain
implants or other surgery to manipulate the brain. the patent has few details, describing only a device that
would fire pulses of ultrasound at the head to modify the firing patterns of neurons in targeted parts of the
brain. the aim, it says, is to create "sensory experiences" ranging from moving images to tastes and sounds.
the sony patented information and articles really get across how this type technology can be abused in
surveillance and security invasive systems. the sony patent is intended for research in helping the deaf and
blind; entertainment industry among other things and is sort of a "local living room type procedure" with
no harm intended. however, when combined with illegal security breaching, satellite surveillance designs
with infinite distance capabilities, the extreme danger is very apparent.
also and redundantly, it helps the layman reader of this web site easily understand the types of procedures
involved in the audible, visual torture that victims experience with these illegal surveillance systems and
capabilities per this web site.
iridium's constellation consists of 66 low-earth orbiting (leo), cross-linked satellites operating as a fully
meshed network and supported by multiple in-orbit spares. it is the largest commercial satellite
constellation in the world.
the iridium service is ideally suited for industries such as maritime, aviation, government/military,
emergency/humanitarian services, mining, forestry, oil and gas, heavy equipment, transportation and
utilities. for example, tens of thousands of aircraft are currently equipped with iridium-based systems and
nearly half of the traffic on the iridium network comes from international waters. iridium provides service
to subscribers from the u.s. department of defense (dod), as well as other civil and government agencies
around the world. the company also designs, builds and sells its products, solutions and services through a
worldwide network of more than 150 partners.
now imagine - that this is on eye closure and you can think of the back of your
eyelids as sort of a picture screen. now, let us suppose that with eyes open, this stuff
projects, with movement - capable of film type effects. (you could notice one or the
other in reverse or simultaneously).

what united states department of defense calls the "microwave auditory effect"
(airway to human ear transmission) is fairly established knowledge. ( links provided
later - one now at the end of this paragraph ) this is obviously intended for the
highest degree of secret operations on behalf of extreme securities, utmost of
restrictions and control – we think and trust under god----guess what? just like the
above visual abuse (it can be combined with in the wrong hands) - this is not the

on august 2, 1996 ( three years after our initial personal meetings, documents and phone
contacts with the fbi ) i received a letter from the los angeles bureau of investigation
informing me that, "there would be no further investigations and that they had turned the
situation over to the united states department of justice, washington d.c.". important: the
fbi held on to this case for approximately three years before turning it over to d.c. and did
so immediately after our initial appointment with congressman royce's office. just prior to
the following letter, supervisory special agent don kelly was concerned and inquired by
phone: what did congressman royce say?
intended for securities and protection - on behalf of the people
[the abuse that victims, their families, businesses and general lives encounter from this
abuse is catastrophic. the abuses are so severe that some documents classify the
equipment as "direct energy weapons". the fright, aloneness, helplessness and general
suppression can only be compared to a combination of the worse crimes. in addition,
many victims feel and are misdiagnosed with schizophrenic type illnesses. intelligent
explanations and easy procedures for obtaining help are astutely excluded. the internet

the national security agency/central security service is responsible for the centralized
coordination, direction, and performance of highly specialized technical functions in
support of u.s. government activities to protect u.s. communications and produce foreign
intelligence information. the national security agency (nsa) was established by
presidential directive in 1952 as a separately organized agency within the department of
defense under the direction, authority, and control of the secretary of defense, who acts as
executive agent of the u.s. government.
today in post 9/11, the main functions of the agency are terrorism and terrorist groups
whose sole purpose are upsetting and destroying. illegal drugs are included which are
worth billions of dollars worldwide funding other criminal activities, that also include
terrorism.
important note: the nsa is not a law enforcement agency.
they incorporate the worlds largest and most sophisticated surveillance satellite and
general computerized transmission and interception equipment that are light years away
from public knowledge and availability. an extremely important point is the nsa
capability of intercepting and decoding literally any signal from whatever source,
(satellite, microwave, electromagnetic, etc.) from any place in the world. however,
the nsa is prevented and/or unauthorized from doing so by the u.s. bureaucracy and
most importantly the autonomy of the united states department of justice and cia
concerning law enforcement, organized crime and secret society issues.

issues but unauthorized, extremely high tech, electronic equipment that invade privacy,
constitutional rights and very high level security breaches also). this web site report will

the fbi also has its own satellite surveillance fleet and high tech equipment operations.
as for mentioning the cia, they make use of the surveillance satellites and signal
interception capabilities of the nsa, including the echelon system, and the surveillance
aircraft of the various branches of the us armed forces. at one stage, the cia even operated
its own fleet of u-2 surveillance aircraft.
news paper article august 24, 2005: cia director porter goss personally delivered to
congress the findings of the agency's inspector general report on the attacks of sept. 11,
2001, opening a debate about how much of the highly classified and critical document
should be made public. the report was delivered to goss in july. rep. jane harman of
venice, the senior democrat on the house intelligence committee, had questioned for
weeks why it hadn't been delivered to congress. she said the delay fed "the suspicion
that maybe people are covering it up." harman said in an interview monday evening
that the report should be made public.
the defense advanced research projects agency (darpa) is the central research and
development organization for the department of defense (dod). it manages and directs
selected basic and applied research and development projects for dod, and pursues
research and technology where risk and payoff are both very high and where success may
provide dramatic advances for traditional military roles and missions.

to serve believe that they are too busy to develop cognizance about commercial

i have obviously been around the people and situations to a great extent as this
website centers. members of the hells angels and mongols organizations were the
two main groups of people around me and family during the initiation of the
electronics per this report. the knowledge and direct intent were unmistakable.
a forthcoming statement is quoted by one of the very pertinent presidents of the
hells angels. portions of this are also quoted on his website among other ha activities,
including his ownership in the prostitution industry, to a major extent. i have had
communications with him and many others. he is very familiar with this website
report and took the opportunity to correct a couple of minor things which will be
indicated later. it has been made very evident that most all content of this report are
extremely accurate including these corrections.
if anybody posts anything about me that is not true, they would immediately be sued
for defamation. this would be typical of anybody in our society especially if they
were well known and ran a business reliant on their reputation. this would increase
tremendously if the person and/or business were not only well known but also
celebrity or proclaimed legend type status such as the hells angels. their vast number
of attorneys have sued and/or been involved in situations much less important to
them. however, i want to repeat that no corrections have been made to this report
other than very minor issues that will be indicated later.

on december 5th, 2006 i received an unsolicited email. it was sent by “ob world” - biker
news.net. although, not advertised, this group affiliates with 'one-percenter' organizations.
the reports to me includes the outlaws mc as the major players.

in addition to other updates including details of my employment and living status - a
major issue is the contact between me and the fbi concerning this report. details on
both will follow as much as i can legally communicate.
awareness and ongoing publication with extreme liabilities have created top
attentions, however, the liabilities do not lend to easy resolution; neither do other
security/terrorism - threatening international situations. again and again, my
redundancies in this report are efforts for proper bureaucratic attentions. the
statistis indicate the inevitableness; however, having "a front row seat", i absolutely

in april 2007, i am contacted by higher echelon of the mongols mc.

“cleaning house” has taken place. this has also been verified with the removal of

the edited names of family members will stay private except the main person of
concern which is my "edited for internet". as in upholding the truth in this entire
website report, my "edited" absolutely knows most all details of the electronics

was taking pictures, witnessing sounds and calling my attention to certain very
explicit aspects - upon which i was experiencing the same. she was also calling my
office approximately (25) miles away from the original location which was our home

visits to the fbi. this was all very explicit.
i would also like to make one point very clear; the electronics has nothing at all to do
with drug or alcohol intoxication. this has been brought up a few times and is a very
poor excuse, mainly for those covering their own asses. even though the
organizations are heavy in drug traffic and this was present, my ex wife and i were
amateurs in this world.
the electronic abuse is substantial enough by itself but when combined with ongoing
dishonor, distortion and aloneness, it is impossible for quality of life.
ironically, a great amount of recorded victims are isolated in similar manners, as

referenced in this report. single victims do not render great authenticity in these
unconventional circumstances.
redundantly i repeat - that i love my family very much and would not depart them
regardless of how unconventional or difficult a situation could be.
unfortunately, this report would not be complete without these additions and are
intended on all of our behalf.

obviously, i am ashamed of my actions and behavior initially also in long beach,
california during the onset.
what transpired after the initiation and awareness originally in long beach, ca. are
main factors.
in other words
i paid my dues, did not stick around these people and was not silenced by them. i
would not watch anybody, especially a family member, go through the horror of this
ongoing abuse without major support - and at the very least, a concern on their
behalf.
i would not anticipate that our federal agencies would ineptly handle these cases in
this format either - but damages continue to collect and their liabilities and shame
will not diminish either.again, nobody expects or anticipates illegal electronic
surveillance equipment especially with this high technology extent - nor should they
take fault or be silenced with the intent.
this particular system has done so much damage and has breached all security issues
per this report and continues to do so.
it is true that federal monitoring has been in process and things have cooled down,
however, as pointed out in this report, most all aspects of ongoing abuse are still in
current operation. (as a matter of fact, some have escalated)
to federal agencies: is it wise to take such crucial inept handling of gamble, hiding
and waiting, especially in post 9-11 stages?
the perpetrators efforts, per this report, are in full awareness with such hidden
abuse and lack of concern for humanity. they can also look forward to representing
the numbers of organizational people that are interrelated or allowing them to do

just recently, i received some very interesting mail from the regas family, among
other ha. this family (troy regas and associates) are part of the main hierarchy of the
hells angels in the united states and abroad, in addition to david burgess and other
associates.
my response to ms. regas will suffices in explaining the context of her mail.
by the way, again and again, per this report, there is no denial of the electronic
surveillance abuse – (it has been proven so many times that pure simple verification

hells angels members arrested during traffic stop
posted: tuesday, jul 31st, 2007
evanston – wyoming highway patrol troopers continue to follow up additional leads
in their investigation of two members of the hells angels that have been arrested and
charged with drug possession.
the arrests were made during a traffic stop conducted near the utah/wyoming state
line on interstate 80, july 24.
the traffic stop was made shortly after 10 a.m. on eastbound interstate 80 about
three miles east of evanston when a trooper noticed the trailer being pulled by a
white 1999 freightliner motor home was displaying an expired wyoming registration
tag.
during the traffic stop a user amount of marijuana was found in the possession of
the driver, 37 year-old shayne d. waldron who is from sun valley, nevada. a
passenger in the motor home was also arrested, 54-year-old david w. burgess from
sparks, nevada. both individuals are members of the nevada chapter of the hells
angels m. c.
troopers obtained a search warrant for the motor home and during a subsequent
search they discovered approximately 14.9 grams of cocaine.
waldron is being held on $5,000 dollars bond on a misdemeanor charge of possession
of a controlled substance. burgess is being held on a felony charge of possession of a
controlled substance and bond has been set at $55,000.
waldron and burgess were driving the freightliner motor home, known as the “war
wagon,” at the 2007 hells angels usa run which is being held in eureka springs,
arkansas, from july 25 - 29, 2007.
hells angels chapters from across the united states are expected to attend this
meeting.
it is known that the hells angels operate in 23 states, 25 foreign countries

and have a minimum 3,500 members world wide. this does not account
for the connections that do not resemble biker attire what so ever.
they are recognized as organized crime by law enforcement agencies
and courts throughout the united states. the fbi estimates the hells
angels takes in a minimum $1 billion a year worldwide from drug
trafficking.

sense my retirement this year march 2007, i have had the additional time and
opportunity to research and verify the information regarding this web site report
and the nightmare we have been through concerning the electronic abuse

the federal allocations and involvement have increased substantially especially

thank god, i am in good health and shape for my age, however recently (late may
07), i found myself in veterans administration emergency care. the main reason was
blacking-out – even while driving the california freeways.
after going through a series of extensive tests, x-rays, etc., i was diagnosed with an
extreme sleep disorder.
i had noticed a very substantial increase in severe ear ringing, buzzing and clicking
to the extent of headaches, earaches, visual motion and severe sleep deprivation
which is obviously caused by turn-up rates of the electronics per this report.
the studies are currently ongoing and so is the editing and additions to this web site

june 13th, 2007:
studies still ongoing by veterans physicians. all blood tests, scans and various orders
are coming back normal, thank god. however, sleep deprivation to the point
of extreme fatigue and black-outs are still occurring. the symptoms are
extreme - accompanied by very high pitched audible hissing / buzzing/

medically attended. however, radio wave symptoms are severe and they usually have

i am admitted to veterans hospital by doctors order for observation. the
sleep deprivation has become substantial - all physiological and
neurological responses are to be monitored.
august 30th, 2007: the tests are completed and i have been discharged.
immediate results showed the following:
central apnea or (neurological apnea), which can be extremely
dangerous to the point of life threatening under unmonitored
conditions.
september 19th, 2007 – correction: i received a call today from the
veterans administration specialist's concerning my tests and sleep
studies. the neurological apnea is not correct as shown in preliminary
studies. after a thorough review of taped monitoring during
hospitalization, apnea is not present. instead, mimicking / imitation
forms of medical apnea is produced by the electronic frequencies (per
this report) and has been confirmed. additional studies are in process.
there continues to be astonishment at the severity and verifications in
this report.
symptoms:
the primary symptom is when you temporarily stop breathing,
especially during sleep. people with apnea of unknown cause may
awaken frequently and complain of insomnia.
if a neurological condition is causing the apnea, it may also produce
other symptoms. these include difficulty swallowing, change in voice,
weakness, or numbness throughout the body, depending on the
underlying disease and what parts of the nervous system it has affected.
this very obviously can be created and/or substantially hindered by the
electronic designs typical per this report.
therefore, it does not require an attorney to show that some electronic
abuse cases (sleep deprivation involved) can be attempted murder via
airway – (satellite to human).
all taped physiological and neurological results are being reviewed by
veterans administration specialists. the details will be posted when
available.
september 11th, 2007:
in addition to the above sleep studies: i am experiencing audible and
visual electronic symptoms, per this report, only inducing dreams and
nightmares which are very explicitly not of my own physiological nature
or responses creating the already published symptoms (on this report)
except additional waking up with involuntary hyperventilation.
hyperventilation (or over breathing) is the state of breathing faster
and/or deeper than necessary, thereby reducing the carbon dioxide
concentration of the blood below normal.
hyperventilation can, but does not necessarily cause symptoms such as
blood pressure elevation numbness or tingling in the hands, feet and
lips, lightheadedness, dizziness, headache, chest pain, slurred speech
and sometimes faintness. hyperventilation can sometimes be self
induced for moments of needed focus and adrenaline. in this case –
electronically induced and very dangerous!
september 13, 2007:
within a recent period of time:
i have experienced what is assumed and/or appears to be
experimentation. the extent of the audible turn up rates (freeway
blacking out, hyperventilation, etc.) within the last few months (per the
above postings) have not been comparable with what i have experienced
since the initiation. torture is the only accurate way of explanation -
(audible and visual).
my experience and contacts tell me that this is accountable with
desperation of the perpetrators.
during this same time frame, high tech hacking of computer files
information has been recorded.
the perpetrator has been verified and the forthcoming post will be
extremely interesting. as with other accurate facts in this report, it will
assist the understanding of this case. legal measures are in process with
other portions of this report.
the culprit involved in the computer hacking is david burgess and/or
representatives of his web site / internet connections. (details are
accumulating and will follow).
david burgess is the president of a nevada chapter of the hells angels
and the president of the hells angels incorporated.
talk about ironic and typical actions; this is not at all surprising.
september 22, 2007: per the above postings, it is amazing to continue
experiencing the sick abusive techniques. again, i feel that this is the
criminal terrorist personality 'in desperation'. it is important to
continue posting, reporting and calling for assistance, especially at this
formal congressional investigation stage.
some of the above symptoms are created by delayed wakening and/or
arousal during attempted sleep. during this delayed wakening,
responding and/or exertion is created by explicit audible and visual
frequencies. this obviously explains the popular reported sleep
deprivation. however, in addition, the targeted individual is waking up
with hyperventilation, increased blood pressure, headache, earaches and
all of the above very dangerous mimicked apnea effects. (in other words,
responding in attempted sleep).
this particular satellite electronic system is unfortunately but obviously
multi-functional.
comment: a government satellite interception system has capability of
picking-up and recording these extremely blatant signals. this has been
reported within this formal congressional investigation.
september 25, 2007:

i received a phone call from congressman gary miller's director stating
that homeland securities has a partial written response directly to the
congressman. part of the response has been interpreted and part not (i
can assure that the situation is being addresed properly - details
forthcoming).
the federal bureau of investigation has requested more time - this was
directed to congressman miller also.
october 1, 2007:
i received a call from steven g. thornton, district director for
congressman gary miller. he was very concerned and understanding of
my mails, and telephone conversations concerning the above handling
and homeland securities preliminary answer.
mr. thornton's own interpretation term was quote “abuse of power”.
on behalf of the people of the u.s.a., if congress allows an agency such as
the fbi or homeland securities to issue a vague, derogatory or untrue
answer to a very important specific formal investigation topic, congress
will be held partially accountable for any mishaps or issues surrounding
the situation.
we are not to be prejudged or set-aside because of unconventual liable
cases. terrorist situations, per this report, are not designed to be easily
explained and/or appear conventional. these cases are not to be taken
lightly or covered up. the evidence at this current time is unmistakable
and federal detection extremely easy and obvious.
as of october 1, 2007, congressman miller contacted both agencies
requesting additional and more thorough investigations and specific
answers to mr. butner's report - which issues has been verified by his
office. the fbi was also advised that homeland securities was
investigating the case per congressman miller's formal request.
the federal bureau of investigation is still requesting additional time.
october 9, 2007:
all efforts and preliminary information of the formal investigations are
proceeding very well.
october 26, 2007:

letters and other communications are being received. considerable
aspects of this case are showing in various ways. federal cases are not
straight-forward - they are covert. i am waiting and recording all details

fbi agents spent several hours thursday october 25, 2007 searching the
home of hells angels leader and brothel owner david burgess on
mayberry drive in southwest reno for several hours thursday but
declined to say what they found.
the agents and reno police, many with assault rifles and wearing helmets
and bullet-proof vests, blocked traffic from mayberry onto sherwood
place. a humvee blocked the entrance to the driveway of the home.
burgess faces trial (on a previous charge) on dec. 3 in uinta county, wyo.,
for a felony charge for possessing cocaine.
in december 2003, the u.s. bureau of alcohol tobacco and firearms
searched the hells angels clubhouse in sparks and seized property
during a five-state crackdown on the gang.
the clubhouse, near mccarran boulevard and sullivan lane, had been
owned by joe conforte, the former owner of the mustang ranch brothel
now a fugitive in brazil. burgess is a nephew of conforte.
after that search, waldron and three other hells angels filed a federal
lawsuit against washoe county and the sheriff’s office, claiming their
constitutional rights were violated in the search. waldron was arrested
at the clubhouse on suspicion of possessing a stolen gun during the
search.

reno, nev. -- fbi agents remain mum on why they raided the reno home
of brothel owner and hells angels leader david burgess.
"we are here executing a search warrant and that's really all we can
say," bill woerner, fbi assistant special agent in charge, told the reno
gazette-journal.
agents, many carrying assault rifles and wearing bullet-proof vests, also
declined to say what they found during the search of the home thursday.
burgess, owner of the old bridge ranch brothel in mustang just east of
reno, awaits trial dec. 3 in wyoming after his july 26, 07 arrest there on
a felony charge of possessing cocaine.

i have experienced what is assumed and/or appears to be
experimentation. the extent of the audible turn up rates (sleep
deprivation, freeway blacking out, hyperventilation, etc.) within the last
few months have not been comparable with what i have experienced
since the initiation.
terrorist - torture abuse is the only accurate way of explanation -
(audible and visual). i am told that this is accountable with publication,
statistics and desperation of the people responsible. recently, this has
created days that render it very hard to even function. my doctor's
orders are to rearrange my transportation and other procedures until
proper diagnosis of these symptoms can be achieved.
as most other professions, medical personnel are not exactly trained in
electronic - satellite abuse cases. however, perpetrators, federal agencies
and covert/secret industries such as aerospace, etc. are extremely
familiar.
this appears to be quite a power trip but extremely dangerous, liable
and still obviously out of hand!
again, this has created days that render it very hard to function and i
am a strong individual for my age with no previous history of these
problems or inventing reports. however, this coward false sense of
bravery and extreme liabilities proceeds. also as mentioned above, i
have semi retired and drastically rearranged my job and life
accordingly.
this accurate and substantiated report has reached the highest levels of
united states formal procedures other than direct appointment's with
washington dc. -
i have done everything except crawl on hands and knees without ever
missing a tax responsibility.
portions of congress are getting very educated and we
pray that proper procedures will be more expedited.

norwegian members of the hells angels motorcycle club who have a
clean criminal record (yea- right) and were refused entry in iceland last
weekend (from the united states) have hired an icelandic lawyer and are
looking into a lawsuit against the icelandic government.

unthinkable that the men posed a threat to national security and claims
that their rights were violated, 24 stundir reports.
there are seven different branches of the hells angels motorcycle club in
norway and they have very different reputations. the icelandic police
appear to consider all clubs related to the hells angels criminal

fbi supervisory agency mike west in reno says burgess, owner of the old

gang, was indicted on the two counts nov. 13, 2007.
west says burgess appeared before a federal magistrate in reno on
friday, and was released with conditions. he is to appear before a judge
in cheyenne, wyoming on nov. 27.
agents and reno police raided burgess' reno home late last month.
west said that search was related to the recent charges. he declined
details and said the investigation is ongoing.
burgess also faces trial in wyoming from his arrest there july 26 on

endangerment', there are now considerable politicians and additional securities
involved. this is so out of control and extreme that we just 'kind of wait' for the
growing awareness, publication, liabilities and desperation to create viable solutions
and catch up for past mistakes and negligence. but please understand; these
situations and records will not just vanish and neither will your involvement.
i use to get substantial mail from quite a few organizations concerning this web site. (all
still in my possession). some were logical but most were derogatory and unwise inclusive
of the hells angels email that will be mentioned later. this is the primary organization
responsible for my case, in addition to the mongols organization interaction.
this "one-percenter" (general silence) is of great concern in the area of intimidated
stigmatized attention to certain organizations that have no involvement with this case or
any typical electronic surveillance abuse situation. for them to take fault, connection or
any attention at all is extremely at their disadvantage. they are so anti government, that
rather than proper information (informant if you will) they are recruiting people for
remedies of their own. this is what "one-percenter" means i.e. (their own democracy). this
however is endangering the public and their own people, such as the laughlin, nevada
murders and many cases that the public hears nothing about. my case is obviously
included. the stupidity is incredible especially at these expenses. normally, organizations
would not take anybody else's "rap", but this is the "one-percenter" procedure (silence
and remedies of their own).
at this point, it would be very beneficial to answer the most frequently ask question
and/or the areas of general public misunderstanding and confusion. hopefully this will
help people in general to take the right steps. more specifically i hope it will convince
other organizations not to play the game. turn these people and do not let them run your
life. #1 faq: how does a 'motorcycle organization' get access to sophisticated satellite type
equipment? ans. organizations such as the hells angels are not a simple motorcycle clubs.
(corrected to 'clubs instead of gangs' at the request of a primary hells angels president).
they are international organized crime with great numbers of people and connections
internationally including the illuminati. they are involved in many crime issues but the
forefront is drug traffic. this involves billions of dollars and sophisticated satellite type
electronics is common, both in federal and crime possession.
following is a very important point in general and probably the most misunderstood in
these cases: sophisticated surveillance equipment can be understandable in most
environments but the personality operating this equipment is not. the hells angels
organization, for instance in my case, are extremely narcissistic, self-appointed, self
proclaimed legends and non empathetic cruel group of individuals we have in this
country. requested clarification: "there are good people in most every organization".
my personal note: this case is in such awareness, that the preceeding clarification
note is what a primary president of the hells angels requested that i edit. nothing
else in this report, except one persons name, has been found to be inaccurate. the
electronics abuse per this report are in maximum desperate turn-up rates at the
current time. we need to work together on the "bad apples in the barrel regardless
of who they are". one bad, ignorant decision can effect the entirety.
they do not use this equipment for surveillance purposes only. they literally use it for
intimidation, personal and their own sick recreational purposes. they are the "self
appointed kings" and think they can do anything to anybody at anytime. this
includes controlling their own and other organizations. these designs have visual
and audible capabilities with encryption's that make them almost impossible to
explain. the criminal cruelty is to such extent that my personal situation was
initiated and involved purpose turn up rates for my grandchildren's birthdays and
christmas mornings. some federal authorities understand and have counter
programs but the numbers of people, liabilities and political reasons do not make
simple remedies.
typical example of a very recent superior court indictment:
unknown to the general public but very well known by authorities for crimes specifically
involving sophisticated electronic equipment, the following is an example of a very
recent superior court indictment.
(the hells angels have been and are involved in radio station electronics connections
for years).
two members of the hells angels were deliberately set up by police, who tricked them into
making threats while being secretly taped, a court heard yesterday.
on trial are steven lindsay and ray bonner, members of the woodbridge chapter of the
hells angels, charged with extortion and committing a crime for the benefit of a criminal
organization.
the crown's key witness testified that lindsay and bonner threatened to put him hospital if
he wouldn't pay them $75,000 after he sold them pirate satellite equipment.
(this is not necessarily radio wave surveillance equipment but pirated satellite equipment
speaks for itself).

the fbi has a backlog of hundreds of thousands of untranslated cases audio recordings
from terror and espionage investigations, despite increases in money and personnel since
the 2001 terror attacks, a justice department found. the audit by glen fine, the agency's
inspector general, found that more than a third of al-qaeda intercepts authorized by a
secret federal court weren't reviewed within 12 hours of collection as required.
since sept. 11, 2001, more than 123,000 hours of audio in languages associated with
terrorists hadn't been reviewed as of april 2004, the audit found. in addition, more than
370,000 hours of audio associated with counterintelligence hadn't been reviewed.
this article goes on and informs allocation for fbi language services (audio recordings and
general electronic surveillance records) had increased from 21.5 million in fiscal 2001 to
about 70 million in fiscal 2004. the number of fbi linguist had risen from 883 to 1214
during that period.
(again, i use to wonder how and why, in addition to liabilities, these cases linger or
are botched. this is frightening stuff. i know what my family has been through and i
wonder about others and issues of much higher orders!)
it is obvious why other "one-percenter" organizations are recruiting but i warn you:
federal authorities are "tagging you up" and they haven't done my family any favors
either. do not inappropriately respond. again, turn these abusive people, do not let
them divert, use you, your environment and/or run your life.
in order to make very specific reference to the seriousness of this "lock up federal -
illuminati/1%er situation", organizations such as the bandidos and sons of silence have
'little' to do with this electronic surveillance abuse case which is typical of many. (other
than their knowledge and probable victimization). rather than turn to federal authorities,
they are recruiting and joining with many other organizations in defense. this is the
primary example of the (al-qaeda) type network, in terms of danger and the numbers of
people, in our own backyard.
later in these reports, i make it perfectly clear that during the initiation of my case, no
other organizations were involved except the hells angels and mongols. the mongols do
not have the resources for such sophisticated electronics, especially back in the time
frame when this started. however, they did have very specific knowledge and interaction.
to get a 'real' first-hand look at this hells angels "self proclaimed" american legend
material; i refer the reader to the arizona confederation of mc clubs. take a look at the
type organizations, their criminal and occult procedures such as: the red devils; the devils
disciples; the huns; and the loners – (in addition to the general hells angels promotion).
the reader can see the very clear smut, pornographic, occult type, and sick material.
some of the 1%er web sites and articles very clearly indicate their usage of high tech
electronic equipment. no other organization in the world would think they have a reason,
much less have the mentality, to operate the sick electronic design concerning this case.

(murders to extortion's) that the public knows little about. (march 2007 clarification):

don't forget these are not small organizations. some, such as this case, are international

the constitutional rights, securities, stalking, abuse, and general danger are growing
rapidly. note to federal authorities: the fbi, dea, and atf are familiar with these issues. at
this point of awareness, it should not take additional time to 'cap' these cases. we certainly
cannot take the chance! the fbi is particularly aware of the many appointments and phone
calls that my family has had with their various offices. they are also aware of the
congressional contacts that we have had.
i would like to make another point very clear. i am not and/or never was a member or
affiliate of any 1%er organization. (due to initial interactions, the appearance was
probable). further, i do not promote any of them at all. the references to the sons of
silence and bandidos above are for accurate reference and record only. there are also
current studies and correspondence in process and their status, per above and later in this

i have received many helpful mails from some of these people, however, the hells angels
networks, on the other hand, have never posted anything concerning this situation for
obvious reasons. from them i receive nothing but derogatory unwise remarks, virus
emails, threats and phone calls. the content was so blatant and horrible that extreme
profanity content was sent with my email address. "open this up kids, this is from your
grandpa." some content was so obvious that excerpts were included from hells angels
mails that are recorded later in this report. exception - "there are good people in most
every organization". (my personal note repeat: this case is in such awareness, that
the preceeding exception note is what a primary president of the hells angels
requested that i edit. nothing else in this report, except one persons name, has been
found to be inaccurate). the desperation is to such an extent with this organization and
their "pay-off go-betweens" that emails under the 'pretence of me being the sender' (my
email address and nomenclature) has been sent to congressman ed royce's office, among
others. these traitors solicit and count on unaware and desperate help, pay-off
procedures, anything that can divert to other people, organizations or areas, diverse
confusion, and/or (to appear as anything or anybody else except themselves). more
situations and examples on these procedures are indicated later in this report. be aware!

"patching over" (clarification april 2007)
a very important example of a concern is a current joining of one organization to the
other (patching over). various locations geographically are currently in this process.
typically involved are portions of 'spin - off puppet club' organizations with the hells
angels - and visa versa, other large organizations such as the bandidos, sons of silence,
mongols and outlaws against the hells angels (clarified april 2007).
this is very alarming and confusing but could be anything from a simple diversion,
coercing, or territory purposes in covert business, etc. it could also be just the very
epidemic example of what this web site is about, (into what hands this technology has
fallen). the federal and general awareness is at such an extent that the message should be
to 'stay completely clear' but some of the 1%er organizations may be that entangled. at
any rate, it is very alarming and these reports take them into very close consideration. the
situation will demonstrate its own purpose eventually and any correction to this report
will be made.

three members of the vagos motorcycle club were arrested on suspicion of planning to
kill another club member who they thought might reveal their plans to switch to the hell's
angels.
state department of justice special agent mitch fox said the three members of the vagos
placer county chapter feared another member would leak their plan to other vagos
members so they planned a "hit."
the da's office is in the process of handing over 2,000 pages of police reports and 18
compact discs of recorded telephone taps to defense attorneys. the defendants are
scheduled to appear in court for further proceedings nov. 4.

i will make the following statements more direct and blunt.
the hells angels organization is in extreme trouble with extreme attention. not only are
they "up on" and being watched for every conceivable charge nationally but
internationally as well. the years of records, charges, electronic technology abuse and
awareness have forced a lot of them into other countries to hide behind international
laws. this is the prime reason that cases such as mine have lingered and continue
collecting record and attention. this obviously allows ongoing crime situations covering
everything in the book. their modus operandi has included sophisticated electronics that
this web site is about. their unlimited budgets with drug traffic and other activities is now
in awareness and the overall damage and liabilities has created considerable concern,
embarrassment and security breaches. the current awareness, monitoring and tracking has
added additional desperation to the extent of continued "patch-over" solicitation.
they are not only in extreme desperation with old cases, such as mine, but many others in
general. for instance, it appears that the laughlin, nevada incidents between the hells
angels and mongols in 2002 partly stemmed because of illegal electronic operation "set-
ups" in addition to other problems.

the following update is extremely important to all sources involved "any-way" in these cases. as
stated in the beginning of this report, due to post 9-11 terrorist situations, this is especially
important. high level illegal security breaching electronics, as well as the other despicable
crimes involved with the above organizations, effects all of us. i have spent considerable time
explaining the personality and/or procedural operandi of these organizations because of the
narcissistic, criminal abusive, negligent and cowardly procedures. redundantly i want to
emphasize that with "pirated" satellite type electronics, it is especially important for all our
awareness, securities, privacy and protection. my case, for instance, involves no criminal or
organizational wrongdoing. just being seen with these people is enough. their audience involves
most all levels of rivalry from other organizations on both sides of the law. because of so many
years of attention that is now in awareness (including approximately two decades of high level
electronics per this report) they are desperate with 'set-ups', pay-off, diversions, etc. the
desperation is so bad that 'trading' (patching over) is at an extreme high. they will use and/or
screw-up anything or anybody in anyway at whatever expense (nationally and internationally).

organization in honor and/or giving them the benefit of the doubt and they will dishonor you

the bandidos, sons of silence, mongols, and of course, the hells angels and their additional
affiliates are primary. these organizations are in conspiracy past and some of them

cross-ups, set-ups, screw-ups and rivalries north to canada and south to mexico

there were no other organizations present in long beach, cal. during the inception of this case
except the hells angels and mongols.the perpetrators of the electronics per this report,

the following symptoms are not typical of all victims and/or not noticed. this can also
depend on the type of frequencies, elf (extremely low frequency), electromagnetic,

the subject case started in long beach, calif. in 1989 through the early 1990's. the
locations and individuals surrounding this case were the hells angels, mongols, related
and/or affiliated organizations and business establishments, some of which were under
federal investigation at the time.(the mongols organization were more in direct contact
with my family and i.) (they also had very distinct knowledge of the electronics). some
establishments were completely shut down by federal authorities. i was present and have
many reports, records and documents. i also took a very heavy "setup" fall into the
judicial system. this was the exact point in time that the electronic surveillance and
extreme harassment started. this design is of the higher tech satellite, radio wave,
electromagnetic categories such as referenced above. the targeted subject is almost
literally a human reception and transmission station. in addition to surveillance of the
highest security threat, there are other capable modes of activity such as tremendous
privacy loss, sleep deprivation, and general psychoactive. portions of the design 'can be'
very audible and visual. we human beings are natural receivers and transmitters, no
transplants or body mikes required (although used.) just like our radios and televisions, so
too can we function in this technology abuse arena. the layman can think of 'some' mind
control technology victims as live, walking camcorders. however, the personalities

look at how self proclaimed legends such as hells angel sonny barger (typical of current
high echelon ha) view themselves and their organizations. also how this segment of
government agencies handles these cases. it is completely and totally disgraceful,
extremely dangerous to securities and inept. note: it is obvious that mr. barger is not
involved and/or operating this electronic design, however, his knowledge is apparent. fbi
knowledge is ridiculously apparent. looking back at my original responses, i am
ashamed, however, unawareness creates fear and protection actions. again, i took a

later. having as much education on this equipment operation as i do today, the main
feeling i get is the true, honest and actual interpretation of the people operating this

intelligent explanations and easy procedures for obtaining help are astutely excluded. it is
a sort of "encryption" and the purposes are many. without congressional knowledge and
guidance, this technology abuse and secrecy is leading to various areas of catastrophe.
there are many documented reports and cases, in addition to mine, that have been
acknowledged and substantiated by the federal bureau of investigation, although, not
publicly accounted for. the reasons are simple; #1 having so many liabilities and #2
divulging their secrecy of operations. public exposure is completely at the extreme end of
the scale. it is not a good position for a person trying to expose one of these designs

outcome) this is especially true with the onset of more information and very
accurate reports. as of november 2005, this is still in process.

i cannot overemphasize these abuse and security issues. my family and i have been
looking for help for along time. general public exposure and education are also obvious
necessities.
a brief, sample statement from the hells angels and some related organizations: "yes, we
know about the system, it has been around for years. it is a federal system." comment: it
seems to me that if this were a federal system, what an opportunity for these
organizations to make their anti - government issues.

these organizations are known to the general public as, "motorcycle club", simple
organized crime. this is one of their major diffusions. they are a much larger scale of
organized crime involved with many affiliations, procedural techniques and connections
internationally. these organizations play on every emotion and solicits every response.
this is the exact design of their electronics. these personalities are the last people on earth
that need electronics, however, the first to look. their standard modus operandi is control
and a feeling of supremacy. the reality is they are the ultimate criminal cowards and use
people in every conceivable way through deceit. with the deceit in order, they absorb
their feeling of power easily at the expense of others. their situations most always appear
to be something or somebody else, again perfect for electronics. when proper light is on
them, they are desperate with so many liabilities. this is the simple reason that i have been

fake american legend image is so much at stake, he has nothing to say, and therefore has
his wife answer for him. this typifies the entire organization. they are total deranged
criminal cowards hiding behind electronics and other liabilities of massive proportion.
our media is improperly informed and these segments of government agencies, in
my case, the fbi, are liable and inept.

example was the mongols and hells angel's murder's in laughlin, nevada. the rivalry of the
two organizations is the focus of many law enforcement, state and government. the
danger to innocent citizens is tremendous. however, the extent of silence among "one
percent" organizations, even if against one another, is amazing. this is partly because old
situations that occurred prior to the rivalries. in essence, this is a "one percenter"

a very dagerous sleep deprivation condition.
the awareness and publication success of this report has created desperation to the extent
of the electronic operation abuse being escalated in the sleep interruption areas. this as
been very specific with audible and visual activity, as explained in these reports, turned
up considerably. (this is a 'main mode' in this type of electronic abuse, i.e. "ware the
victim down," and it is effective for obvious reasons).
there seems to be nothing for these people to ('play on' anymore in 'anonymity') and
this is just simply their own criminal, cowardly and liable organizational
desperation. (through threatening abuse, loss of all constitutional rights, literal
torturous suppression and the ultimate attempted destruction of people, such as
myself that have very obvious knowledge and recognized publication).
for purposes of this report, i will skip most of the medical details, which can be
researched by anybody. the bottom line is drastic interruptions during attempted sleep,
which include oxygen starvation, breathing interruptions, (literal intermittent breathing
stoppage) among the other modes of activity.
with no monitoring of the victim, (important reference will be made later to the
isolated singular victim), they may not even be cognizant of exactly what is wrong. this
results in subsequent associated disorders such as extreme rise in systolic, diastolic blood
pressure, heart palpitations, memory loss, extreme agitation, vertigo, fatigue and eventual

this treacherous suffering condition in the medical world is called apnea.
(in the electronic surveillance abuse and/or mind control world, it is called attemted

january 2005: my granddaughter, sara (july 2007 - my grand-daughter is doing

this february 2005, my granddaughter sara will turn seventeen years old.
this very special granddaughter has been the pride and joy of my life. my other
grandchildren are loved very much also but sara was born in long beach, california
and unfortunately has never seen her father. i have tried to be the best "fatherly
figure" possible, however, it was greatly hampered by this case. shortly before her
birth, the inception of this case was initiated and has continued since.
i will see her leave out of state for special academic studies this month. she will not
only be receiving higher education but will graduate from the current environment
that has been given this family by the perpetrators, inept federal handling and
interconnected people.

what the layman reader of this honest and accurate biography may not understand
is that this unique electronic design literally hosts the targeted victim with audible

in an effort to do this, i am entering a copy of this correspondence on my web site (names

with regard to the personality itself, i could not refer a better book than 'people of
the lie' by m. scott peck. basically, this is a sociopath personality which is insecure
and/or feels a great need for attention and power. they are master deceivers, users of
people and situations in general. (these people are generally raised this way as a
means of survival, lack of psychology, education, abuse, fear and/or general remiss).
successfulness produces a feeling of power and false sense of security. they are
gratified and powerful as long as their deceit is in order. they are covert in most
everything. these people do not deal up front.
they are also in various areas of our society, in other words, family, business,
bureaucracy, etc. the common denominator is their insecurity and narcissism which
is usually accompanied with dishonesty. this behavior is condoned usually through
childhood upbringing - so the individual usually continues to solicit this support
from others. in other words, this can be accomplished through group type -
organizational people with similar beliefs and behavior. when they do not get this
support, their control and security is lost. this usually results in anger that is
associated with a great amount of hostility and spite for the person or persons in
awareness. in order to avoid this invasion, they usually have an overwhelming desire
to control others. this is done by the need to be managers or in control over others.
this is accomplished by whatever means - business, and high ranking political
connections in our bureaucracy etc. in family situations, it shows in more basic
unbalanced behavior and/or a need for general control and self absorbed narcissism
(selfishness – thinking of ones self.) believe me; it does nothing for the quality of life
for others.

clarification:
i am not talking about the insecurities that most of us have; tall, short, thinning hair,
bald or other physiological and psychological inheritances and features.
rather - i am referring to a personality that revolves around empowering, managing
or 'thinking of ones self on a higher level' than other people. extremes of narcissism
are on various levels - up to serious attempts of controlling others in order to exist.
these people can also be sociopath and are involved in their own agenda regardless
of how others feel.
they achieve success by this empowerment from the small single situations to the
world wide organizations and terrorism.
their seriousness is on various levels of the scale just like anything else. idenity of the
levels of narcissism is very important!
at the criminal and organizational level, awareness is essential. combine this with

first, it is important to establish the correlation of this "operation" with the hells
angels, mongols, and affiliated organizations and/or type people. at the time of
initiation, i was in direct contact with these people and they had a very distinct
knowledge of the situation. soon after, the environment was intolerable. my wife,
younger daughter and granddaughter were living at the residence at the time and
were not considered at all. (again, beginning with the january 2001 update, i will

my wife and i started personal appointments with the fbi in 1993. at first, there
was great concern and the matters were taken very seriously. gradually, it
turned into vagueness, lack of empathy and unprofessional. it became very

specific and recorded contact was maintained with the special supervisor

july 1996 and personally delivered to him.
on august 2, 1996 (three years after our initial contact) i received a letter from the los
angeles bureau of investigation informing me that, "there would be no further
investigations and that they had turned the situation over to the united states
department of justice, washington d.c.". important: in other words, the fbi held on
to this case for approximately three years before turning it over and did so
immediately after the above appointment with congressman royce.
on september 18, 1996, i received a letter from the united states department of justice
informing me that "i may wish to contact the nearest legal aid program or the
local bar association". to this day, i do not know what information they received. i
did not write or contact them.
on october 1, 1998, i received another letter from the doj in response to a summary
that i wrote, however, all pertinent details were completely circumvented.
ongoing inquiries from other parties are referred to the fbi as being the agency with
jurisdiction in these matters. please remember the judicial system fall that i took.

in addition to loss of privacy, severe human abuse, constitutional rights violations and
very high security risks, this covert activity appears to be allowing one

the audible, "clicking, ringing and buzzing" reach points of earaches. the visuals are
tortuous to the point of extremely rapid movements, "pictorial flashing, hammering,
etc." this obviously creates sleep deprivation, headaches, earaches and irritability
with accompanying physical and psychological trauma. the cowardly abusive tactics
can initiate responses with understandable infuriation.
"imagine the humiliation, the frustration, the fury. the closest parallel is that of
demonic possession. these are not demons, however. they are real human criminals
whom no-one will arrest or prosecute."

following is a very short summary of the involvement of the names and places. this,
as everything else in these reports, is extremely accurate. the details are very short and to
the point. additional details and clarifications are forthcoming as requested by the readers
and in the continual editing process.
• i sold my property in 1986 in westminster, colorado and moved to san diego, cal. i
completed a very quick business venture and moved to long beach, cal. in 1987.
this was done with my previously separated wife. also with a professional job
offer in my engineering profession.
• my marriage once again was not in great condition and my wife was staying with
her parents, sister and others. i started going to the hillside bar and grille in
approximately 1988. there were absolutely no indications of organized crime or
identity to any particular organization. this continued for approximately two years
before the mongols organization were very prevalent in full identity. previous
individuals that were befriending or questioning me turned out to be mongols
members and affiliates. (at no time have i ever been a member of the mongols or
similar organization). i was simply a business and family man, going through a
divorce, out for a time - avoiding sitting in by myself and dealing as best that i
could. i had absolutely no knowledge of what these type organizations were all
about at the time. further to this, the involvement with the mongols was for a very
short period of time. (some of the confirmed mongols members turned out to be
employees of the hillside bar and grille). specifically identified, were chuck
bunker, mark 'edited' and female affiliates. they were hired and trained for
bartending by everette 'edited' who was the main lead bartender for the full length
of time. (a primary employee of the owner, ron price, of this and other
establishments in long beach, ca). more information on ron price later.
• mongols members and i hooked up for a period of time. one night, chuck bunker
(mongols), pauline, bob patch and lora 'edited', affiliate to rod pierce, were at my
house. i was invited to go with bob and lora to beaumont, ca. for what i was
informed to be a party. this turned out to be a very life threatening experience. the
identified people in beaumont were *rod pierce and associates who were
identified to me as hells angels and or affiliates. (again, verified later). very
specific 'heavy drug traffic' was taking place at various locations including rod
pierce sister, angela's house. rod pierce and associates had previously been known
in the long beach area. this was mainly at valentines bar and grille. the life
threatening experience for me was very specific while in beaumont and i was
treated with complete disregard. my car was taken and everything searched. (*i
later was informed there supposedly were several arrests, before and after in
beaumont, including angela).*note: unlike before we departed, *lora seemed to
be very upset at me on the way to beaumont, (above arrests posssible reason)? i
was puzzled as to why because i did not know her. later, i found two business
cards with the following company name and notes in her writting: de zigns -
custom jewelry. 714-845-2585 and 213-434-2062 " ask for lora at valintines bar
and grille." a third business card: karl's gardening service- new lawns, etc. on the
back of this card is the following in lora's writting: rod (rod pierce) "please give
me a call. does'nt matter what time, ok, love you, lora."
i found it very strange another lady that was sent to my house, as per this report,
was in business with him also. her name was lisa kutner. her mission was very
specific 'also' and resulted in my judicial system fall later on. another very
interesting point is that even though, rod pierce and associates, were doing
business out of valintines, other business establishments and residences in long
beach, the business phone number on lora's card, 714-845-2585 is a residence in
beaumont. this is at 38720 1/2 florence st. beaumont, calif. - the name at this
residence, at the time, was dee 'edited'. the others at this residence will be
explained later. this was the first lacation that i was taken by bob patch and lora.
additionally, another residence: 1114 e. 9th st. beaumont - charlette and pati. 714-
845-1503. additional details later.
• i arrived back in long beach the next day ( was not suppose to) with bob patch.
lora stayed in beaumont. while at my house with bob patch, i noticed considerable
voice mail from chuck bunker, pauline, norman and another mongol member, "as
if i was a long lost friend and where was i"? ( i had just met pauline the night
before going to beaumont). chuck bunker, i barely knew! this fact, plus they
obviously knew where i was; why would there be considerable voice mail? chuck
bunker first called and then arrived in person. bob patch was very nervous and in
fear of his life, (asking chuck if i was one of them). they departed and chuck
bunker returned by himself.
• chuck bunker immediately wanted to, " help me with my divorce with a
girlfriend", pauline 'edited'. they immediately started moving items into the house
and assisting with everything - (that was the appearance). almost immediately
upon their move in, i noticed too much of what appeared to be helping me. such
as items being brought to the house anywhere from clothing, bedroom
furnishings, sheets, etc.
i was already in a state of shock due to the details surrounding my attempted
divorce and welcomed what seemed to be assistance. obviously in retrospect, i
was traumatized, stupid, uninformed and did not know these people well. things
started looking extremely suspicious later when they were bringing in such items
as a large measuring scale, a large safe, plastic bags, etc. parts of this 'set up' were
very obvious from the beginning. upon their unexpected departure, the scary thing
was the items brought to the house unnoticed. these included boxes of smut and
occult type books, videotapes, candles, and various artifacts not necessary to
mention. my wife found them in the garage. i wonder, in addition to all of the
other items, what they were intended for and/or what the situation was intended to
look like? i think the reader can partially see the situation and the danger that i
was in. this obviously did not help the factors leading to my judicial system
downfall.
later, i discovered they were meticulously going through every item in the house. i
would like to again mention that i had no idea who the mongols were and what
they were about at the time. i was simply out "searching" and going through a
divorce. it got much worse. i discovered they were also intercepting phone calls
including my wife. this was the exact point in time that the electronic
surveillance and extreme harassment started. to be more specific, they were
very distinctly bringing my attention and instigating the situation. their
knowledge of the electronics was very apparent.
• they were out of the house immediately. my wife, supposedly sensing the danger,
came back to help after a long period of separation. (this area will be expounded
upon later). i started pursuing them for information and help. the electronics
continued with occasional personal visits. *rod pierce and associates started
getting involved. additional visits by his people started. my car, firearms, money
and other items were stolen. the situation became extreme to the point of rod
pierce's friends, lisa kutner, lesley hunter and unknown visited one night, which
resulted in my fall into the judicial system.
• looking back at my original responses, i am ashamed, however, unawareness

creates fear and protection actions. the electronics continues.
the following type comments will be ongoing for clarification purposes of the names,
places and involvement.
comment: during the initiation of this electronic abuse on my family, members of the
mongols organization were visiting my home in person frequently, both with my presence
and not. during this period of time, one night, a female affiliate, pauline 'edited' was alone
with me. she seemed as though she did not want involvement and was crying during
which time giving me information. chuck bunker warned the next day, that if this
continued, the mongols had videotape on her that would be delivered to her family and/or
made public. it was later discovered that this same mongol member was visiting my ex
wife "after the intercepted calls above."
chuck bunker also made a statement to me that i was puzzled about for along time,
however, i understand completely now: he stated quote, "once we are around, we do not
leave."
from the web site: the important factor is that these electronic abuse cases seem to
follow the modus operandi of isolation making them very difficult for the singular
victims to obtain help or more easily substantiate the cases. isolation also obviously
wears on the victims a lot easier and they drop out, in whatever format, without these
cases being handled. a very typical case is on my web site with the victim's names
michelle and clark (names edited). this case is so typical to mine, that the hells angels
organization played a specific role. not only was this victim e mailing but was also
calling in desperation. in this case, she had a brother who was a higher vagos organization
member serving a prison sentence. upon visiting him in prison, she all of a sudden
completely vanished. (after considerable desperate contacts and information with me) - as
this web site points out, my wife was a victim originally also and was testifying to the fbi.
she all of a sudden stopped and completely departed. (please be reminded of the above
mongols interference with her). again, this has been a very specific pattern or modus
operandi.
comment:shortly after chuck bunker and pauline's temporary move in, after beaumont
per above, they informed me that pauline had an ex husband by the name of augie. (this
was after the situation was already done and it was a little too late). they informed me that
he would be coming around at night. i did not have much concern at the time sense there
was no relationship between pauline and i. when asking chuck bunker, i was informed
that "he was well known and not to worry." the concern escalated, however, when they
started pointing him out driving around my house in a mini van during the day. one night
very late, pauline informed me that augie was at the house. she seemed very upset and
informed me that i might have to take action. i very carefully ask pauline his exact status.
she stated that he would be armed with a handgun and ultimate action would be
necessary. i handled the situation without problem sense i did not encounter him.
handling the situation without problem did not seem to satisfy her. she then wanted to call
the police. does it seem to the reader that we have greater issues here? at the same
'period' of time, they were also pointing out holography from the very same
electronic system that this web site centers around. later in time, i met with augie
unexpectedly at pauline's apartment where bunker was staying. there were absolutely no
problems. they seemed to be friends in business. additionally, later in time, he was
spotted at valentine's with obvious business.
*note: as for pauline wanting me to call the police, remember the issue stated above,
"chuck bunker immediately wanted to, " help me with my divorce with a girlfriend",
pauline 'edited'. they immediately started moving items into the house and assisting with
everything, (that was the appearance). later, i discovered they were meticulously going
through every item in the house."
one of the many items discovered were detailed reports and documents on a long beach
police case that i was involved in 1987. this was also discussed and common knowledge.
again, to make a long story short for the web site, this involved a police misconduct and
unprofessional wrongdoing. i was instrumental in bringing a great amount of attention to
the police department. the case went all the up to chief binkley and was presented in the
long beach courts by my attorney. it was not good timing for the long beach police
department. they were corrupt in area's and rated one of the worse departments in the
united states. it was to the extent that tv news programs such as, 60 minutes, did a
complete documentary. later in 1989, knbc news did another documentary. 'to say the
least, i was not a fan of the long beach police department and they owed me no favors
either.' (the mongols knew this)! my ex wife and i could obtain no help. we tried with
numerous phone conversations and appointments with the department for assistance. we
were obviously preconceived, not favored and could obtain no help at all. on march 13,
91, just two weeks prior to my fall into the judicial system, we had an approximate two-
hour personal appointment with detective joseph w. rabe, drug investigation section. we
were desperate at this point due to the electronics and obvious suspicions taking place in
general. in addition to the general story, we showed evidence such as photographs and a
hand written note by chuck bunker. the note was found in a trash container and ripped
apart. it read: "hired, org. that purposely assigned me to irene and bob", plus other
comments. sgt. rabe said that immediate attention would be given and another meeting
would be held in approximately one week. we received no phone calls and had no
response at all. my ex wife and i left many messages, however, still no response. we also
had appointments with others, to be expounded upon later. we continued to have personal
visits and tactics by mongol members inclusive of the weekend march 30, 91, mentioned
below, which resulted in my fall into the judicial system.
detective rabe made the following statement after the fact: "you and irene are in
danger. we can do nothing for you until you move out of la county." (thanks a lot –
good police work)! note: photographs and general evidence are very specific.
comment concerning rod pierce and associates: tom slick was a confirmed mongol at one
time. i always found this very strange since the "one percenter" organizations are
normally for life. however, my ex wife and i received a call one night from bob patch. he
said it was very important that he bring a friend over, even though it was approximately 2
am in the morning. this call was to help us as per mr. patch. this was before my fall into
the judicial system. about 30 minutes later bob patch was at my front door. my wife and i,
desperate for help, invited him in. the individual with him was tom slick. the visit
consisted of approximately three hours with many important topics of conversation. one
was obviously mr. slick's partial story and identification as a previous long term mongol -
full patched. when attempting to undo my confusion, as to a previous member, he stated "
i fell in love with a lady by the name of angela." later in the conversation, angela turned
out to be rod pierce's sister. he stated that the mongols would not promote the
relationship. he chose her over them. is this confusing yet? i certainly have been over the
years. unlike the entire long beach chapter of the mongols organization, mr. slick did not
know who i was. uninvited guests interrupted the visit very abruptly. more on this later.
comment: on one of rod pierce's famous errands, there was a plan devised involving
david lingle and bob lucido. upon this plan failing and bob lucido being caught and
questioned, he stated, quote "we might as well tell him the truth because rod pierce is
about the only one of us that has not been to prison". bob lucido was on parole at the time
and felt that this was his best bet. his prison time was spent for drug trafficking and
manufacturing for the hells angels.
the same night, david lingle stated in a hand written note: "bob, you continue to deceive
the web they wieve."
comment: one night there was a knock on my door. irene was with me at the time. upon
answering, leslie hunter, bill edited and lisa kutner were there. i had not seen lisa or bill
before. lisa was introduced as leslie's wife. they were invited in. the visit was long and
involved in the current events surrounding the issues of the people and situations of this
case in general. i was astonished at the knowledge that lisa had about our personal family
situation in general. the same trained knowledge as other rod pierce associates and
mongols had. (please be reminded of lisa kutner's connections). for purposes of this
report and to make a long story short, lisa stuffed the kitchen cabinets with clothes,
towels, etc. she set them on fire. before and during this shocking discovery, i was also
side tracked by knocks at the door by unknown visitors. the general response by me led to
my fall into the judicial system. the police reports mentioned very little about the smoke
filled house. lisa turned out to be a paroled drug trafficker and rod pierce's one time
and/or current girl friend. she was not leslie hunter's wife. "this comment is very
condensed for report and editing purposes." reference: booking number, 2490318 -
housing, sbb52 - arrangment, court room 205, bail 5000.00. i believe to be increased later.
comment: i went through a very long superior court process. lisa kutner was named a co-
defendant. the attention the case had was astounding although this was a first offence for
me. superior court judge pierce stated: "mr. 'edited', i noticed that you have lived a
criminal free life." i was 47 years old at the time. i was stunned, dumbfounded and
unseasoned - (the opposite now). my professional and personal references were excellent.
there was local and federal attentions abound. during this time, the electronics was turned
up on both my ex wife and i. the extent was so extreme that my ex wife was pointing this
out herself. the case lasted many weeks. i was threatened with a minimum three years
prison sentence if i pleaded not guilty. correction july 2007: the city of long beach did
not want a jury trial. please remember the long beach police department and
detective rabe's situations as explained earlier. i received a conviction (only for health
and safety code possession of controlled substance). other charges that long beach tried
against me were not valid and dismissed. lisa kutner planted the controlled substance on
my wife and daughter. in the heat of the visit, per above, i recognized the 'set up' and took
the small amount from my daughter before authorities arrived. the problem was i did
anticipate my arrest and forgot to remove this from my back pocket. at least my wife and
daughter were saved.
i was sentenced with three years probation with judicial electronic monitoring.
we moved to garden grove, calif. following detective rabe's warning, "you and irene are
in danger. we can do nothing for you until you move out of la county."
the electronic abuse, as per the main purpose the web site, was immediately in maximum
turn up rates. my ex wife and i started many appointments and communications with the
fbi at this time - 1992 - 1993. they were very interested and concerned at first. we were in
dire need of help. the turn up rates were so extreme that my granddaughter was not
considered by the perpetrators at all, nor anything else that we did.
my wife, all of sudden, stopped all recognition and eventually completely subsided. there
was additional contacts and threats with her while i was out of state on business.
in 1993, i excepted an engineering position in las vegas. almost immediately, i started
receiving faxes (to my attention, but for others in the office automatic receipt). these
faxes were from very radical groups with topics very ugly. they obviously did not do my
job position very good. i still have them in my possession.
to skip through a lot of unnecessary details, most of which are explained in the contents
of this web site, 1997 through 2004 were in orange and riverside counties. the electronic
abuse continued.
my awareness and assistance by various parties helped considerably until i moved to a
location in riverside county. this was my attempt to survive in what had been a long-term
(singular) situation and complete life rearrangement. the apartment complex was for
affordable circumstances. however, i ran into the crips organization in this area. in
addition, at the same time, an individual at this complex that claimed to be "hells angels
connected" - d.j. redding. almost immediately after his introduction, he claimed and had
partial knowledge of my situation. however, the electronics were completely maximized
at this time and my friends help did not seem legitimate and his narcotics traffic became
obvious. extreme efforts to divert attention away from this "set-up crips situation"
became crucial. i did not need additional problems nor did they. thank god, it succeeded
and i moved from this complex in march 2004.
the hells angels "claimed" friend (d.j.) turned out to be an employee (with family
ties) of a local 'italian crime family owned restaurant in orange county, ca.
(genovese) i am informed that this family is doing business with the same rod pierce
and/or related people per these reports. one of the informants was this frightened person
himself. he stated, " i have been caught in a pay off". (this was extremely obvious). the
friend all of a sudden has departed, completely silent and still working at the restaurant
after approx. seventeen years minimum, this date 2007. this friend's departure has been to
the extreme of complete avoidance, monitoring his phone calls, avoiding contact and not
returning property he has of mine. this is being handled in a non-published matter.
update: this "piece of crap" was contacted recently - completely admitted the above
and appears to have been paid to hide the issues. he has refused to return my
property and has an understandable shaky, cowardly attitude. the great family
friend, that i was claimed to be, disappeared all of a sudden - what do you know.
the mongols and rod pierce's friends seem to expendable, don't they?

the felony world of a convicted person has not been exactly as you informed me, as
stipulated on the transcripts, even after reduction to misdemeanor. my family and i have

only reason that i did not go to a jury trial. the opposite turned out to be correct and/or
true. in these cases, we are not told that a felony is never erased from our record as we are
led to believe, even after serving our term and the reduction is applied. my family and i
have been through a nightmare of rearrangement and severe consequences, job loses and
general extreme hardship. i can see where considerable cases and individuals may never
retrieve or readjust. we are misled in our court proceedings that this is a very easy
straightforward process.
some cases are also outside of conventional areas of explanation. this was the situation
with my case and it was extremely obvious in court. i therefore compiled the attached
report, "electronic surveillance capabilities and extreme abuse of technology". it turned
into a very successful web site with top network ratings internationally.
my situation of what i could not explain then is now an expertise. i am trying to assist
others and inform on other areas of much higher importance.
