Program Heads Clipse Iriberri - YFC Provincial Youth Head Jake Loren - YFC Provincial Coordinator CFC Family Ministries Area Head, CFC Cluster Heads, CFC Chapter Heads PLANNING FOR 2009 ACTIVITIES

Dear Titos and fellow YFCs, Warm Greetings to all of you! We just received a memo via mail from our Provincial Area Director through our Family Ministries Area Head regarding the 2008 Assessment & the 2009 planning. In this connection, we encourage all YFC Chapter/Program Coordinators and YFC Chapter/Program Heads (as Assistants) to please schedule a meeting with your respective CFC Chapter Heads regarding the 2008 Assessment & the 2009 Planning as instructed by our PAD -- YFC Coordinators to sit down with their respective CFC Chapter Heads. YFC assessment & plan should not be independent with the CFC Chapter Plan. Please inform us when you will schedule your assessment and planning so that we can also assist you. We have attached the ff: Letter from our PAD as to where the planning phase should focus. 2008 Year-End Evangelization Report 2008 Year-End Evaluation And Planning 2009 Consolidated Plan YFC Activities for 2009 (as your guide when scheduling the plans) In Christ, Noted by:

CLIPSE IRIBERRI YFC Provincial Youth Head

JAKE LOREN YFC Provincial Coordinator

Please reproduce and disseminate the attached docs for our 2008 assessment and planning for 2009. It is suggested that the planning center should focus on the following levels of our pastoral structure: 1. CFC, HOLD & SFC - Chapter Level c/o respective Chapter Head 2. YFC & KFC Coordinators to sit down with their respective CFC Chapter Heads. YFC & KFC assessment & plan should not be independent with the CFC Chapter Plan. 3. SOLD should come up with a provincial level plan (not a chapter level plan) c/o the SOLD Provincial Couple Coordinator. 4. All GK Project Directors are likewise advised to sit down with their Chapter Heads and mainstream their plan to the CFC Chapter level plan. The CFC Chapter being the caretaker team of the area GK site. Further, each family ministry is requested to develop their respective plan based on their own GK programs and integrate the same to the chapter level plan. 5. Existing Social Ministry Coordinators are likewise required to come-up with their own ministry plan, based on the need of the province, e.q. OIKOS, FLAME, PRISON, etc.... 6. The Family Ministry Provincial Couple Coordinators, except the SOLD, are advised to assist all chapter level ministry coordinators and CFC Chapter Heads in all the planning activities, hence thier role is more coordinative, assistory and not directive. 7. By statute, the Chapter is the basic pastoral unit of CFC. It is the mini-CFC so to speak, hence the convergence point of all CFC plans and programs. 8. All Cluster Heads are advised to ensure that all CFC Chapter level plans, programs and activities are guided by the basic CFC culture, life and mission... 9. The presentation of the planning output shall be taken cared-of by the Chapter Heads on December 7, 2008. Exact time will be announced later in Tandag City. All Chapter Heads are encouraged to make all family ministries operational in their respective chapter. For HIS greater honor and glory. In Christ, BRO. TINTY IRIBERRI PAD

Due to the concerns being raised by the CFC and YFC Coordinators, the Provincial Kasangga will only be conducted every other month. Attendees of the Kasangga Assembly are the following: YFC MVs, YFC Cluster Heads, YFC Chapter Heads, YFC Program Heads, & All YFC Coordinators (optional for the Coordinators who are members of the MC). Pls. refer to the YFC Covenant Orientation Manual The Cluster Heads will schedule the Covenant Orientation, this will be a joint activity by all the YFC Programs in each Cluster.
