GENERAL OBJECTIVE
To learn about telecommunications uses, characteristics, and functions to apply in the development of our teaching and learning process in order to create interaction and communication among our students using technology.

3. It facilitates interaction between individuals and groups in a creative output, independent communication, format and space.

FEATURES AND FUNCTIONS OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS.

1. SINCHRONOUS: It refers to electronic interaction that occurs at the same time. For example: chat, conferencing tools, Skype, etc.

2. ASYNCHRONOUS: It is when the person you want to speak to does not have to be at the computer when you send your message. For example: forums, e-mail, etc.

3. ACCESSING INFORMATION AND THE WEB: It is information transmitted at accelerating speeds. For example: World Wide Web, Web browsers.

4. SEARCH ENGINES FOR THE INTERNET: They allow you to type key words or phrases and then search Web pages for these terms.
