The management will appreciate if you can comply with the following rules and regulations of the hotel management for the convenience and comfort of the guests staying at the hotel. It is important to respect their needs for a peaceful and relax atmosphere during their stay in the hotel. These rules are STRICTLY ENFORCED by the hotel management as FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES CAN RESULT IN EVICTIONS FROM THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT PROPERTY ALLOCATED TO YOU AND TERMINATION OF APPOINTMENT without refund of visa/work permit processing fees. In cases 1. Noise must be kept to a minimum level at all times. Excessive noise such as (High volume music, loud talking, singing, laughing, arguments, quarrel or fighting) is totally prohibited during working hours. 2. Only quiet activities are permitted from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am weekdays, 12:00 Midnight to 7:00 am Saturday, and from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm every day for siesta. 3. Staff, guests and visitors are permitted to stay the night only if they leave a valid identification (ID) with the reception and make arrangements to pay for the normal cost of the hotel room in which they intend to stay. The Hotel management also reserves the right to refuse any such overnight guests and the hotel is not responsible in any event for any overnight stays or any consequences brought by them. 4. Telephone calls may be received after 11:00 pm only in the case of emergency. 5. Disorderly conduct of any form will not be permitted or tolerated by the hotel management. 5. Floors and beds must be kept free of any form of objects that would prevent the cleaning department from being unable to carry out their duties by changing of linens or cleaning of the floors. 6. If a staff becomes ill or injured, the hotel management is to ensure the provision of medical assistance or as the case may be, to arrange for such an

employee to be taken to hospital for adequate medical attention, since such staff have pay for their insurance and medical documents for their stay in their designated place of posting for work purposes. 7. Employee must not move furnishings nor interfere with the electrical network or any other installations in the property allocated to them by the hotel management rooms without the consent or knowledge of the hotel management. 8. Upon arriving at your designated place of work, newly recruited staff required to prove their identity to a member of staff with a valid identification card, employment letter and any requested documents for the applicants to resume duties. The management wishes to advice that you keep all documents safe and secure. 9. External telephone calls can be made through the two telephones available at the reception, the room telephones should not be used for this purpose. 10. Please report any problems or damage in the accommodation allocated to you immediately to the reception for urgent attention to avoid any misunderstanding. 11. Offensive smelling items, illegally owned guns, swords, gasoline, explosives materials, inflammable items, or bulky objects are not allowed within the hotel premises or residential areas.
I acknowledge the fact that the employer will take care of my accommodation and air ticket only for applicants coming from countries classified as low income nations by the United Kingdom.
