The placement season for the Class of 2010 was reflective of the growth and revival of the economy with 346 companies participating in the Rolling Placement process at the ISB. The number of offers grew by as much as 33%, and the average salaries increased by 11% as compared to last year. The Class of 2010 comprised 568 students from diverse backgrounds and work experience ranging from 2 to 20 years. Companies recruited students for roles ranging from entrylevel to senior management positions. It is heartening to note that many companies engage with students throughout the year, to help them prepare for the careers they choose. The one year Post Graduate Programme at the ISB attracts the finest talent from various industries with experience across many functions.
