Neogen’s GeneQuence E. coli O157: H7 is intended for the screening

1. Enrich food samples.
2. Transfer 5 mL of each enriched sample to a glass test tube.
3. Heat kill samples in each tube by placing into a boiling water
bath for 10 minutes.
4. Allow samples to cool to room temperature.
5. Add 100 µL of negative control to first microwell.
