Hereby, the undersigned report that the dispute over the nationalization of the participation of GDF SUEZ and its subsidiaries in Corani has been settled by the signing and execution between the Parties' Settlement Agreement Recognition of Rights, General Release and Reciprocal Obligations and Final Dispute Settlement Agreement dated [ ].

En consecuencia, a partir de la fecha de la presente debe entenderse que no existe obstculo alguno derivado de la nacionalizacin de Corani para que los representantes autorizados de la misma ejerzan facultades de gestin, y puedan vlidamente instruir a [NOMBRE DE LA EMPRESA] en relacin a los fondos que se hallan depositados en [NOMBRE DE LA EMPRESA], y para que la [NOMBRE DE LA EMPRESA] acepte dichas instrucciones.
