until all players have ~en picked up by a parent, guardian, or other authorized aduIt. r will refrain from teaching unsafe or un-sportsmanlike methods to the players. [
wiJI refrain from teaching and will discourage demeaning songs, cheers or chants to the players. I will refrain from seeking any advantage beyond thaI of superior skill,
taelics and fitness. I understand that official decisions by the referees shouId be aeccpled without rancor or anger, no matter how unfair they may sccm: 1 further
\mderstand that the use of behavior, verbal or physical, which is intimidating towards the referee, other coaches and spectators (including vulgar, improper, foul,

players and always treat players with respect. I win instruct parents in proper behavior at games, including respect for the referee, the "opposing" parents, and both sets
of players; I understand that spectator conlrol i$ my responsibility, and ifthe referee must take measures to contra! the game, helshe can not lake them with the parents so
he/she will take them with me, as coach. 1 will encourage safe, competitive, fair play and will reward improvement and effort, regardless of skill, and regardless oftbe
outcome of any game. I will take steps to avoid "running up the score" by playing shorthanded or using other means to prevent embarrassing the other team. !
understand that winning is desirable, but winning at any cost defeats the purpose of the game. Losing can be a triumph when the team has given its best effort. I agree to
