The stopcasting panel

The extension A component in expanded polystyrene of suitable density to resist concrete pressure, which makes it possible to develop a ventilated oor in any shape or size. The advantages are: registration of extension stretching up to 50 cm in length; casting in a single phase of the substructure grating and the ventilated oor, saving on reinforcement and dismantling operations; perfect development of the ventilated oor even for plans with a complex shape and size; reduction of need for shuttering shaping.

The stopcasting panel is a component in recyclable plastic, preshaped and of variable size p adaptable to any height that allows: closing of the self-supporting, platform shutters in order to prevent lling during the casting phase; the creation of perimetral stringcourses simultaneous to oor casting etc.; signicant reduction of reinforcement and dismantling times (up to 80%). Stopcasting panels occupy very little space and are of no hindrance in building yard spaces.

The table expresses, starting from the various examples of overload and of thickness (to be given to the slab), the pressures that would be applied to the feet of the structure, in relation to (any) thicknesses of the lean concrete and of the scree. (Table relating to SOLIDO H 25 cm)
