Tuesdays 5:45PM-6:45PM Gospel Aerobic (Limit 25) Instructor: Jenna Velasquez Aerobics class with upbeat Christian music. With the goal to increase flexibility, strength, and keep heart rate up through aerobic exercises, weights and core with Christian music as a form of worship Complete Circuit Training Men & Women Tuesdays 7:15- 8:15 Complete Circuit Training combines resistant training and cardio intervals to get you a complete full body workout in less time. It is designed to be easy to follow and target strength building as well as muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for another circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise. You will love it! Open Fitness Center Mixed Men & Women & Small Group Fitness Boot Camp Tuesdays 8:30PM-9:30PM Small Group Fitness Boot Camp (Limit 5) Discover that the how to and correct movements are more important than the how long or the time spent in a gym. This Small Group Fitness Boot camp is designed to incorporate, movement, discipline and functional training for FAST results. A group of no more than 5 clients will be lead through a distinct and exciting workout. The boot camp incorporates full body weight exercises, kettle bells, battling ropes, sand bags and more all while still learning the simple yet complex free weight movements. If you are tired and bored with traditional gyms, memberships and want to experience a unique approach to mix it up and FAST produce results while being held accountable this is for you. Womens Advanced Cardio Kick Boxing (Strict Limit of 20) Wednesdays 7:15-8:15 Instructor: Bug Arguelles Cardio Kickboxing is a vigorous cardiovascular workout that builds endurance, flexibility, balance and strength. Controlled kicks and punches, and other movements in combination with traditional aerobic movements make this form of exercise the ideal way to achieve a physically fit body. Cardio Kickboxing can be a great alternative to traditional aerobic workouts. It does not involve physical contact and was designed to help people achieve a fit, healthy body. The second half of the class will involve Circuit Training which will include both weights and cardio on one quick workout. It combines resistance training and high-intensity aerobics that is designed to build targeted muscle strength. Each session will end with an ab workout. Exercises designed specifically to target the core. All Youth Wrestling, Self Defense and Fitness (Limit 25) Wednesdays 7:15PM-8:15PM Instructor: Brian Daly Discover the specific techniques to takedown anyone, any size, anytime at your will. I will personally show you set ups and take downs that the top NCAA wrestlers use today and how you can use them too. Discover how to control your opponent on the ground with ease. In this class you will learn to physical, mental and spiritual discipline and focus that will impact all areas of your life while getting in the best shape ever. Zumba Platinum Thursdays 5:45-6:45PM Instructor: Anavel Leyva Zumba is an easy to do and very effective inspired Latin dance and music fitness program. It combines high energy rhythms, dance and movement to Latin and international beats. Zumba uses a variety of styles including Cumbia, Merengue, Salsa, Reggaeton, Mambo, Rumba, Flamenco, and a Hip Hop for an experience. Music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to tight, tone and taught your body. Zumba Gold & Body Moves Thursdays 7:15PM- 8:15PM Zumba Gold is specifically designed for baby boomers. It takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pace to suit your needs, even if you are just starting your fitness experience and healthy lifestyle. What stays the same are all the elements the zesty Latin music, like Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia and Reggaeton; the exhilarating, easy-to-follow moves; and the invigorating, party-like atmosphere. Its a dance-fitness class that feels friendly, and most of all, fun. The second half of this class includes Body Moves. Body Moves will increase your flexibility, balance, and strength your body while also stretching to music. When you leave the class you will have more energy and feeling relaxed.
