The last on the rank, knowledge B has weighted mean of 3.68, which is also interpreted as frequently performed. The mean knowledge of level I has a total mean of 3.79 which is verbally interpreted as frequently performed. Skills B has weighted mean of 3.95 which is verbally interpreted as frequently performed. And skills F and G has the same lowest weighted mean of 3.87 which is verbally interpreted as frequently performed. Last on the rank, skills E having lowest weighted mean of 3.95 which also interpreted as frequently performed. The mean of skills in level 1 has a total of 3.93 which is verbally interpreted as frequently performed. This implies that skills of fourth year in level 1 has been already apply or frequently performed. It shows that skills competency in their level has a higher total mean than knowledge competency.

The table shows that attitude G has the higher weighted mean of 4.18 than the attitude H which has only have weighted mean of 4.07. Both G and H attitude has a verbal interpretation of frequently performed. The table shows that the mean attitude in level 1 has a total of 4.13 which is verbally interpreted as frequently performed. This implies that among the two competency of nursing, attitude has the highest total mean of 4.13 than the competency knowledge and skills. This table shows that the attitude competency of fourth year nursing students has the highest total mean. And it proves that fourth year nursing students was on standard level when it comes of attaining or accomplishing the curriculum year level objectives.
