magnify light thousands of times over.
Revelation is simple magnified light, scripture that has become magnified by giving you enlighten understanding,
that produces faith.
Purpose is always revealed through PASSION! If you can discover what you are passionate about, you will find
PURPOSE in the mist of it.

When you write the vision it begins to unfold into specific “OBJECTIVES” that must be given a time frame
call GOALS.
OBJECTIVES point to what God is saying and wants, while GOALS are the course of action we plan to take.
Example: God’s objective which is the defining vision, is to make you a prayer warrior. Therefore it is your job
to set goals to reach the calling. So you set a goal to rise early ever morning at 5:00 am. To pray for one hour.
During these seasons of prayer the Spirit begins to order your steps by revealing who and what to pray for.
Remember we are allowed to PLANT & WATER the vision by it is God who determines the length of each
season of growth. Two people maybe given similar visions. One may be enjoying a timely harvest, while the
other is still breaking up ground or praying that the Lord of the harvest send rain.

Obey the voice and unction of the Spirit daily. The Holy Spirit knows the mind & plan of God for our lives
according to Rom. 8:26-27. It is His job to intercede for us and reveal the steps & strategies we are to take and
use. Therefore, it is imperative that we learn to hear the voice of the Holy Spirit within us. Paul said in Rom. 9:1
“… my conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Ghost;…” He learned that his conscious was the ear to his
spirit, thus he could hear the Holy Spirit bearing him witness. To bear witness simply means to agree with. As
we learn to hear and confirm the inter-witness of the Spirit by the Rhema Word (spirit-led utterances) through the
written Word. We begin to grow into the sons of God. God’s strategies and plan of action begins to flow from
within us, as we fellowship in the Spirit.
I feel the Holy Spirit is leading me to do the following (3) things to fulfill my GOALS:

The Word of faith (scriptures) must become RHEMA in your human spirit. Therefore as we memorize

of the presbytery.”
1Tim. 4:15 Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all.”
St. John 16:13 “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not
speak of himself but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak, and he will show you things to come.”

Remember, the steps are determined by the Lord and revealed by the Holy Spirit as He speaks to the
EAR OF OUR CONSCIOUS, which is our human spirit.
Prov. 16:3 says “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed.”
The #1 sign that GOD IS IN THE PLAN is the FIRMNESS OF YOUR STEPS.
FIRM means established, rooted, steadfast
1Cor. 15:48 “…be ye steadfast unmovable always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye
know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.”

To stay connected to God’s plan we must know His Word, Will & do It His Way

As God unfolds his plans for us by revealing out spiritual gift and allowing us to develop our true-self.
Which is our passions, motivations, & talents. He will connect us with leaders that are seasoned. And
experienced with the vision an plans for our lives. GOD WILL NOT LEAD YOU TO A NOVICE!
Too often we seek help from people that have the same problems & weakness that we face. Biblically it is call
the blind leading the blind, and they both fall into the ditch. God’s ultimate desire is to see the body work
together in unity. However, he will place you with a JOINT or part of the body that can supply to your need of
confirmation and advise.
Luke 14:28 “For which of you, intending to build a tower, sixtieth not down first, and counted the cost, whether
he has sufficient to finish it?

Self-Examination:

One of biggest challenges that we must face in the area of receiving counsel and advice. Is in the area of
TIMING! As we learn to follow the leading and unction’s of the inner witness within our spirit. And it is
flowing with our passions, motivations and talents.
In SHORT WE KNOW WE HEARN GOD say GO or DO! Ye the Lord will often use Leaders and Divinely
Connected People (spouses, children, saved friends, family members etc.) in our lives to confirm the TIMING
of a move or direction we are taking. Especially if that move is going to effect everyone close to us and over us.
Just as Gideon’s Fleece’s God for confirmation (Judge 6:17 “… show me a sign …”)
God will use leadership and divinely connected people to confirm the TIMING of his will or plan for you.
List two areas that you need confirmation about the TIMING of your next move or direction. You know what the
WILL of God is, you just need the timing or green light to move or get started.

KEY # 7 Five Key Qualities of an Apprentice:
GREAT Ladder Holders Have (5) Key Character Qualities

I came up with five qualities I’d insist on [in choosing leadership support]. These are:
Strength
Attentiveness
Faithfulness
Firmness
Loyalty
1. STRENGTH: Luke 22:32 “… when thou art converted strengthen they brother…”
The first quality is strength. They have to be strong. By that I mean they must be people who can handle
instruction and criticism, with which I can use plain language and not have to walk on eggshells and fix things for
them. That means that if they need to be corrected in certain areas. I can do so without worrying about how
much I’m going to hurt their feeling. I’m not referring to being crass, rude, arrogant or obnoxious.
The test of an Apprentice’s Strength is how they handle correction.
On a scale of 1to 5 how well do you feel you handle correction, with one being the lowest and 10 being the
mature. _____________
1. I demand that the leaders see my views. ________ 2. I stop communicating ___________
3. I share with others how I feel _______ 5. I pray for God’s direction ________
For example, last Sunday morning, the sound system reverberated at times and caused me to shudder. At other times, the amplification
was so low that people strained to hear what I said. I don’t want excuses or lengthy explanation. This is ministry – service – to the body
of Christ. I need to be able to say, “The sound wasn’t right,” and then add, :Do whatever you have to do to make it happen,” I expect
the sound engineer to know how to take care of those things. When I speak that way, I’m not trying to hurt feelings; I’m conducting
business. We need strong ladder holders – those strong enough to take criticism and who want to do better.
The greater the need, the shorter the prayer.

If I were drowning I wouldn’t say, “Oh God, The everlasting Father of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the Almighty
One who was, is, and ever shall be hallowed by Thy name, seeth thou that I drownest?
Throwest me a rope that I may cling to safely even as I am always safe in the old rugged cross.”
No, I’m going to scream, “Help, God!” I won’t worry about whether I addressed the entire Trinity or only
Jesus. I won’t be concerned about whether I concluded with “In Jesus’ name, Amen.” I’m too busy trying to stay
alive!
Hence, the greater the need, the shorter the prayer. And when I’m up there on a 40 foot ladder, the need is
great. It’s not an option – I must have people holding the ladder who can handle instructions in two to three
words and be able to do it quickly.

2. ATTENTIVENESS: Eccl. 6:9 “Better is the sight of the eyes than the wandering of desire:…”
The second quality is attentiveness. They need to be able to pay attention, be alert to what I’m saying
And (not saying) and absorb it quickly. I don’t want to give them the same lessons repeatedly. Nor do I
want them to feel, “well if they don’t ask for help I’m minding my own business.”
Attentiveness in the spirit carries with it a deep sense of responsibility and commitment to HELP!
An apprentice or co-labor is joint to the heart of that leader, therefore the know and feel the same burden
for and to the vision.
How attentive are you to your leader?

3. FAITHFULNESS: Prov. 28:20 “A faithful man shall abound with blessing: but he that maketh haste to be
rich shall not be innocent.”
The third quality is faithfulness. I’m not referring to having faith in the Lord. That’s assumed if they’re going to
serve in a church. I’m talking about having faith in me as their leader and being committed to me. I learned
very early in the my ministry that if they aren’t faithful to me – if they aren’t committed to the same vision I am –
they’ll abandon me. I need people who remain at the ladder no matter how difficult things become. As long as I
am up there, the faithful show me that I can be assured that they’re down below. They don’t need my constantly
yelling down, “You’re doing a great job. You’re doing a great job. You’re wonderful.” They’re steady and I
know I can count on them.
How F.A.T (Faithful, Available & Teachable) are you.

4. FIRMNESS: Psa. 37:23 “If the Lord delights in a man’s way he makes his steps FIRM;”
The fourth quality is firmness. By that I mean not exploited by manipulative people. In every church and in
every corporation there are manipulative types.
IN SHORT, LETTING YOUR YA BE YA & YOUR NA BE NA
Never promise what you are not willing to pay the price to deliver!
5. LOYALTY: Nah 1:7 “… he knoweth them that trust in him ”

The final quality is loyalty. I do not mean they must agree all the time. Loyalty doesn’t mean repeating “Yes,
yes, yes,” no matter what the visionary says. Three sentences that explain what I mean:
1. You may disagree with my HEAD but not my HEART.
2. You may disagree with HOW I do things, but not WHY I do things.
3. You may disagree with MY METHODS, but not MY MOTIVATIONS.
Loyalty = TRUST and Trust is GIVEN & EARN from Heart to Heart

Discovering God’s Plan through developing your gift(s)
KEY #8 INCREASED DRIVE & DESIRE ALONG THE JOURNEY
Prov. 16:26 NIV “The laborer’s appetite works for him; his hunger drives him on.”
Visions filled with only human effort soon fade away once the appetite of self-glory & personal reward are
satisfied. However, the vision of God drives once to the point where hard work become divine. There seems to
Be ENDLESS ENERGY and desire to do more with every waken moment. The vision drives you to the place
that you have to MAKE YOURSELF REST! This is the season that we must learn to ENTER INTO HIS
REST. The Bible says in Heb. 4:11 “Let us labor therefore to enter into that rest…” At this point we must
learn to balance our spiritual energy with our physical endurance. Many in ministry have gone home early for
failing to discern that that body of that Lord needs rest. There is Holy Communion that must be maintained
between your spirit, soul & body at all times. To over work one and neglect the other can lead to major problems.
There are Three Levels of REST we are to enter into during different stages of the vision”
1. REST: Given by Grace 2. RESTING: In His Authority 3. RESTING: In His Finished Work

3. Insight: Clear Sight “Revelation” 10% Insight / 60% walking in Revelation

sense of confidences. Well now you are saved, JUST CHILL OUT, don’t go over board with this Jesus thing.
You Got your Fire Insurance. Go ahead and just live your life.
In short he does want you to discover your purpose of God full plan for your life. Just become a lukewarm
Christian.
The 3rd. WILE is now that you know your purpose and you are on fire about God plan. He has to reverse his
attack, and KEEP PEOPLE AWAY FROM YOU. You have become too dangerous. So he has to MAKE
ALL YOUR GOOD EVIL SPOKEN OF.
A MATRIX is a Wile or Mind Game of a must larger level that controls keeps the False perception of the
MINDS OF MANY, from thousands to millions. It is a corporative stronghold or false believe system.
This is done by Rulers of Darkness of this World, and Spiritual Wickness in High Places, they SET and keep

We need to take a closer look at what KINDS of FAITH we have been operating in, if we are to increase
It and take it to the next level needed to inherit the promises we are believing God towards.
The Bibles speaks of FIVE KIND OF FAITH that each BELIEVER goes through at different stages of
their relationship with God, showing the measure of their spiritual growth at that stage.

The most wonderful thing about FAITH is that it is design to grow, and must grow as we grow in grace.
However there are biblical test and trails that we must past in order to see our FAITH developed to a
MATURE FAITH.

The instructions are as follows:

KEY # 12 THREE LEVELS OF GOD’S PRESENCE
1.) OMNIPRESENCE of GOD: God’s presence is every where at the same time, in creation.
By it we know that God exist. Even unbelievers can experience him in creation, a walk on the beach,
river, park etc.
Rom. 8:19 For the earnest expectation of the CREATURE waiteth for the manifestation of the
SONS of GOD.
Scientist have proven that the ROCKS, are crying out, releasing a sound. This is a groaning sound of true
worship. That is why when you take a walk in nature, its must easier to feel the presence of God. You can
hear his inner voice clearly.
God’s omnipresence presence can be compared to the OUTER COUNT of the tabernacle.
God’s manifested presence can be compared to the INNER COUNT of the tabernacle
The GLORY or God’s consuming presence is liken unto the HOLY PLACE

2.) Manifested Presence of God: We become Conscious of God’s REALNESS, the

Holy Spirit, the anointing, gifts of the spirit,
At this level faith is given and develop. You are
a believer because of his manifested presence.
Rom. 8:14 For as many as are LED by the Spirit of God, they are the SONS of GOD.
3.) Glory (Consuming Presence): We are Changed by His consuming presence, His FULLNESS,
opening the face of our conscious to His indwelling & omnipresence presence.
Center of Miracles, Signs & Wonders
IICor. 3:18 But we ALL with OPEN FACE beholding as in a glass the GLORY
of the Lord, are CHANGED into the SAME IMAGE from
GLORY to GLORY even as by the Spirit f the Lord
If WORSHIP is the key to entering into his PRESENCE, on ALL LEVELS!

Ps. 100:4 Enter into His GATES (outer) with THANKSGIVING and into His COURTS (inner) with PRAISE…’
Discerning of the SEASONS, TIMES & PURPOSE of God
Eccl. 3:1 To everything there is a SEASON & a TIME to every PURPOSE
We serve a God of season, every season has a purpose. God’s seasons are not governed by
clocks, calendars, nature chronological (chronos) time.
Chronos: (5550) time as a succession or measurement of moments, natural time of 24 hour,
days, weeks, mouths, years etc.
Kairos: season, time, implies that which time give opportunity to do. When use in the pl. with chronoi times
it is translated as season, times at which certain foreordained events take place or necessary accomplishments
need to take place.
Law# 1: God’s SEASONS are Governed by having REVELATION of a TRUTH.
When you have a revelation of the

FOREORDAINED EVENTS that are in the heart of God
ITS YOUR SEASON!
It is written in 1John 4:4 “… Greater is He that is In you than he that is in the world”
When the expectations (labor pains) from within,
are greater then the FEAR that is without,
its your KAIRO TIME! to PUSH!
When the internal labor pains of child birth or greater then the external fears of who sees me,
what if this or what if that etc.
Then you’ll: PRAY: until something HAPPENS!
PRAISE: until something HAPPENS!
PUSH: until something HAPPENS!
ITS KAIRO TIME, ITS HIS SEASON
The purpose of everything is to bring God GLORY!

The purpose of a Apple Tree is to produce Apples
The purpose of a winds is to blow fresh Air
Your purpose is to bring God GLORY, our of your life:

Law of Sowing & Reaping a 100 fold!
Remember the message: Famine in The Promise Land: If anything is a

Spiritual Law a pattern must be found in the Old & New Testimony.
Gen. 26:12 Then Isaac sowed in the land and received in the same year a 100 FOLD!
Now the New Testimony Principal in Luke 6:37-38

of sowing and reaping a 100 FOLD in Famine.
The principal of NOT SOWNING MINGLE SEEDS,
There are 4 levels of sowing:

1. Judging (25% or 1/4th.)
2. Condemning (25% or 1/4th.)
3. Not forgiving (25% or 1/4th.)
4. Giving (25% or 1/4th.)
(37) Judge not , and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye
shall be forgiven:
(38) Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running
over, shall MEN give unto your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete, withal it shall be
measured to you again.
According to the above scripture principals we determine that level of Harvest on that
which we sow. Weather it is 100 fold, 75 fold, or 50 fold; or 25 fold is measured by the
level of mingling of our seed.
If we have NOT JUDGING, NOT CONDEMNED, FORGIVING and then

GIVING, we can expect a
100 fold harvest, even in FAMINE (hard times).
Law of the Sabbath Harvest
Reaping (3 TIMES A 100 fold!) = 300 FOLD! BLESSINGS
NOW! Lets discern the SEASON, TIME & PURPOSE
for God giving us a Sabbath REST! Seventh Day Blessing
Lev. 25:20 And if ye shall say, WHAT SHALL WE EAT the SEVENTH YEAR?
Behold, we have not sow, nor gather in our increase.
Lev. 25:21 Then I will command my blessing upon you in SIXTH YEAR,
(Six is number of man maximized)
And it shall bring forth fruit for THREE YEARS.

Now let try and get a full understanding of what is being said here!
Law #1: Remember the SEASONS of God are GOVERNED
by REVELATIONAL TRUTH,
NOT chronological times
Principal of Stages of Belief:
1st. Stage: Believing: At this level there is still an element of DOUBT or double minded.
James 2:19 Thou believest that there is one God, thou doest well;
the devils also BELIEVE, and tremble.
2nd. Stage: Knowing: (expectations, type of labor pains)
Gen. 4:1 “And Adam KNEW Eve his wife & she conceived…”
1John 4:4 “… Greater is He that is In you than he that is in the world”
When the expectations (labor pains) from within, are greater then the FEAR that is without,
Its times to push!
3rd. Stage: Resting: (Sabbath – 7th. Perfection)
Heb. 4:11 Let us labor therefore to ENTER into His REST, lest any man fall
after the same example of unbelief.
Law of Sabbath Harvest: states anytime We

ENTER INTO GOD’S REST
(3rd. Stage of Believing call FULL ASSURANCE),
Then God starts to MULTIPLY everything we have
SOWN (Lev 25:21), by THREE (3).
Are You MULTIPING your Blessing or YOUR TROUBLES?
Law of the Sabbath Harvest
Reaping (3 TIMES A 100 fold!) = 300 FOLD! BLESSINGS

Psalm 62:5 My soul, wait thou only upon God, for
MY EXPECTATION IS FROM HIM.
Start EXPECTING a Harvest! At 3 times what is sown.
1.)Reaping in fields you have not sown:

St. John 4:38 “I sent you to reap that whereon ye bestowed no labor: other men labored,
and ye are entered into their labors.” (harvest).
2.)Wealth of the sinner is laid up for the Just:

Prov. 13:22b “… the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just.”
3.)Isaac Oath of the 4th. Well:

Gen. 26:19-23 First three wells: 1st. Esek: (strive); 2nd. Sitnah: (strove & fight),
3rd. Rehoboth: (Lord has made Room). 4th. Shebah: (the oath)
4.) Seven fold return on what enemy stole:
