A DIET LASTS 30 DAYS DIVIDED IN 3 SECTIONS OF 10 DAYS:

1) FIRST SECTION (10 days):

No sugar - No fat - No flour - No alcohol

Per day:
- Eat all kinds of meat (even pork). Chicken, cold cuts, sausages, fish (do not
eat in breadcrumbs, because of the flour).
- Half a small tomato.
- Low-fat yogurt.
- Cheeses of all kinds.
- 5 crackers or GLUTEN bread.
- Diet gelatin.
- Use mayonnaise, golf sauce, mustard, salt, oil, vinegar, pepper, lemon.
- Drink at least 2 liters of water per day.
- The amount of food allowed is unlimited.
- But it is important not to try any of the forbidden.

Example of a day:
- You can have breakfast coffee, mate, tea with sweeteners plus 3 gluten
breads with cheese and cold meat (a teaspoon of cream is allowed in the
coffee).
- Mid-morning diet yogurt.
- Before lunch (one hour) if you are hungry a snack: peanuts, olives, salami,
cheese.
- At lunch: unlimited meats according to appetite (baked, grilled, grilled).
- If you tolerate oils or fats (such as bacon) there is no problem with
consumption.
- Do not try fruit or milk.
- Drinks allowed are: water, mate, tereré and soda unlimited. Diet sodas one
glass per day.
- Dinner is the same as lunch, and the measure is the same as breakfast.
- On the third or fourth day you will be desperate for something sweet: do
not give in. The regimen begins to use the reserves metabolizing your
adiposity.
- This is the most difficult period, contrary to what you may think, you will
not increase your cholesterol, but it will go down, only if you do not try the
forbidden.

2) SECOND STRETCH (10 days)


Same as above, but ADDING:
- Half a liter of skim milk per day.
- Fruits per day: 2 oranges or 1 tangerine or 6 plums or a piece of
watermelon, or melon, or pineapple.
- Eat during the 10 days the fruit of your choice. Among them do not change.
- Vegetables (not what is harvested underground) yes cabbage, squash,
asparagus, cucumbers, locotes, broccoli, cauliflower.
- During the 10 days you can eat only once brown rice or gluten noodles with
cheese or cream (no sauces).
- Fruit ice cream: 3 scoops per week (together or separately).
- Alcoholic beverages per day: 1 glass of wine or ½ glass of whiskey.

3) THIRD STAGE (10 days)


At this stage of the regimen you must have lost a minimum of 10 to 15 kilos.
PROVIDED THAT YOU HAVE COMPLIED TO THE STANDARD.
- Start the third section adding only diet noodles to what is allowed.
- After 5 days of this section, that is, on day 25 of your diet, BREAK the diet
completely, that is, eat whatever you want even if you don't feel like it. This
will cause you to lose more weight as the body will have become
unaccustomed to combining carbohydrates with the other foods.
- Continue the diet until the 30th and BREAK the diet once again. Your body
will be used to eating everything without gaining weight.
- After that day of rest, do 4 days of diet, 4 days not, 3 days of diet, 3 days
not, 2 days of diet, 2 days not, one day of diet, one day not.
- Do not repeat the 30 days of this diet.
- If you have complied to the letter you will not need to lose weight, take
care of all the excesses, weigh yourself every 2 or 3 days to control
yourself.
- It is convenient to walk 40 blocks 3 times a week.
- Comply with all the NO's, with what is allowed and you will feel satisfied,
do not be tempted with anything.
- When you want to transgress your diet, think that you can lose in 30 days
what you gained in years!
The dangers of this diet are that there may be a lack of vitamins (since fruit
is not taken), and the degradation of proteins produces toxic substances
that can damage the liver and kidney functions.
