Title: Local Enrollment database system for the Computer Communication Development Institute using finger print reader

Introduction This project looks at an Enrollment Database for a college. It stores details of students, courses, year, and section. It may also be using as local assessment of the colleges students like computer science their college fees. The database is designed for use by staff and other authorized user in the college office to enable them to easily produce information required by the different people in the college. Objectives This study will help the Faculty and staffs of the College of students of CCDI make enrollment easy by the help of the enrollment database system for the college of nursing. The database system will make the enrollment and collection of fees for the college students easy and fast. The Enrollment database system will store the data of the student this includes the name of the personal data of the student, schedule, and tuition fees. The database system will allow the collector of the fees print a receipt exclusive for the college student. Scope and Delimitation This study aim to develop an enrollment database system for the college students of CCDI, the data base limits on the following fields and functions: It limits to store the data of the student (First name, last name, MI, etc) It limits to store the schedule of the student(subject, name of Instructor/Professor, time, day, room It limits only for the collection of the local college fees. (CSB, Insurance, Digest, Red Cross, etc.) Only Authorized personnel will be allowed to use the system.(CSB officers [optional], Dean, and some authorized faculty/staff authorized by the dean to collect)

New inventions derived form past inventions that been upgraded for the needs of their users. Inventors invent different gadgets and technologies especially that Information Technology (I.T.). technologies have their advantages and disadvantages to their users and to the environment. Information Technology (I.T.) is one of the courses offered globally especially in our country, that is now being developed. Courses such as Information Technology (I.T.) have more enrollees because it is one of the demand here in our country. But according to some professionals and other graduated of this course, our country are over loaded of the student that take of this course . A quick and automated enrollment system process is the way the school can find an easier and better way to implement an enrollment system. The automation of the said system will be implemented through the use of equipments like computers and printers. Users can use this equipments in order for the work to be done faster and it can lessen the processing time because of fast accessing of grades. The researchers will develop a system that can minimize the processing time in order to access records of the students quickly so that enrollment process will be much faster than usual. Enrollees will be more comfortable for the system that researchers will develop because of fast and consistent processing of schools enrollment system. Researchers of the system will be aware of the existing problems that enrollees and the school are experiencing in the past few years to develop a system that will provide a solution to their needs for them to be comfortable of what the propose system will provide. Users or the facilitators of the propose enrollment system will also benefited

for the reason that they will not do the usual way they do when they are processing the enrollment forms or records of the enrollees. Instead of doing the usual way or the manual system of processing records of the enrollees they can now use a GUI or graphical userinterface, all they have to do is to press the mouse and enter data of an enrollee from the keyboard to manage the propose enrollment system. The main objective of the enrollment system is that it will provide a better and easier way for the enrollees to transact to their records during enrollment system which is being managed by the facilitators of the enrollment system. The facilitators will now be more comfortable because their enormous works will be minimizing during enrollment because of fast and easy way of enrollment process. Through this proposed enrollment.

Caduang Tete National High School is now distinguished on its 41st year sharing wisdom on every student individual since it was founded at 1969 Master Sargent Nicomedes Sunga. Is strategically located at Caduang TeteMacabebe, Pampanga. Their Vision and Mission is to develop Computerized Enrollment System. This proposed system would help the high school department of Caduang Tete National High School in simplifying its enrollment procedures and record keeping management system.

Caduang Tete National High School is still using a manual process of enrollment for its high school department. Selected faculty members and staff are assigned in the admission. New students will take an entrance exam for determined that the student have a knowledge to allowed the student to enrolled. When the student passed in entrance exam, the next day he/she will ready for enrollment. New student will present the requirements to the assigned teacher such as NSO birth certificate, baptismal, good moral and the report card for verification of grades.
