Personal statement
I am a likeable and presentable young man with excellent communication, customer service and problem solving skills. I have a genuine thirst for knowledge and new skills and am a fast learner. I work well alone and thrive as part of a team, adapting my existing skills to the task at hand. I always strive to not just meet the expectations of my colleagues and customers, but clearly exceed them.

Areas of study
My studies focussed primarily on social inequality, mass media and government legislation and its socioeconomic effects on the country as a whole, with a particular emphasis on criminology cause and effects of deviant behaviour.

Skills acquired
A sound knowledge of information technology, computer programs and internet data transfer and resource use. I am a trained sound engineer and record master. I have a good understanding of different cultures and social groups and a good grasp of individual needs. My previous jobs have taught me to be a shrewd self publicist, particularly making use of new social networking sites such as Twitter, MySpace and Bebo. I am very well organised, always presentable and punctual.

My telephone manner is excellent and I always answer questions as clearly and concisely as possible, conveying all relevant information in the most simple way possible, always avoiding the use of jargon. Have a clear driving licence held for eight years.
