Analyser Online is a web-based, call traffic analysis tool specifically for Telstra Inbound services including Priority One3, Priority 1300, Freecall 1800, International Freecall, Global 800, Securidial, InfoCall, Speech and Network IVR (formerly known as Callex). Two versions of Analyser Online are available Standard and Advanced. The Standard version provides you with a set of predefined, standard reports. These are reports most frequently requested and in a format that cannot be changed. Whilst the Advanced version offers additional standard reports and is more flexible as it also allows you to create and customise your own reports. Both versions have the ability to schedule, print, save, or export your reports. The schedule function will allow you to request reports in advance and have the system remind you via email when your report is ready for access through the application.
