Mobile Telephony, Cell, Initiate 1 Format

1.1 Command

MGCEI:CELL=cell,CGI=cgi,BSC=bsc;

1.2 Parameters
BSC=bsc Base Station Controller (BSC) name The BSC to which the cell is connected. See Application Information for block MTRAN. CELL=cell Cell name See Application Information for block MTRAN. CGI=cgi Cell Global Identity (CGI) See Application Information for block MBSSD.

2 Function
This command initiates a new mobile telephony cell in the Mobile Services Switching Centre and Visitor Location Register (MSC/VLR) Server. The new cell is connected to a previously defined location area where the Location Area Identity (LAI) is part of the CGI, and a Base Station Controller (BSC). The order remains after system restart.

3 Examples
3.1 Example 1
MGCEI:CELL=AIRPORT,CGI=228-12-1200-2000,BSC=GENEVA; The command defines new cell AIRPORT and connects it to BSC GENEVA and the Location Area Identity (LAI) previously defined by mobile country code 228, mobile network code 12, and location area code 1200. The cell identity is 2000.

2 Function
This command defines an LAI in the Mobile Services Switching Centre (MSC)/Visitor Location Register (VLR) Server. The order remains after system restart.

MGLAI:LAI=262-02-1; The command defines a new LAI with mobile country code 262, mobile network code 02, and location area code 1.

MOBILE TELEPHONY, MSISDN TO IMSI TRANSLATION, PRINT 1 Format


1.1 Command
MGTRP:MSISDN=msisdn;

1.2 Parameters
MSISDN=msisdn Mobile Station International PSTN/ISDN Number. Numeral 5 - 15 decimal digits

2 Function
This command initiates the result printout MT MSISDN TO IMSI TRANSLATION DATA. This printout gives the IMSI corresponding to the specified MSISDN. It is possible to give the command simultaneously from 16 IO devices. The order does not remain after system restart.

3 Examples
3.1 Example 1
MGTRP:MSISDN=46101912000; The command orders a result printout of IMSI corresponding to MSISDN=46101912000.

IMSI=imsi International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI). See the Application Information for block MTRAN. Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) number Expressed as mcc-mnc where: mcc Mobile country code Digit string 000 - 999 mnc Mobile network code Digit string 2 - 3 digits ALL All the PLMNs for which mobile subscribers are registered in Mobile Services Center (MSC) / Visitor Location Register (VLR). OWNPLMN=plmn Own PLMN numberIndicates a PLMN to be excluded. Expressed as mcc-mnc where: mcc Mobile country code

2 Function
2.1 Format 1
This command prints the state and other dynamic data for the specified mobile subscribers. This command initiates printout MT MOBILE SUBSCRIBER STATE. There can be up to 16 commands in progress simultaneously. The order does not remain after system restart.

2.2 Format 2
This command prints the state and the identification data for: mobile subscribers that belong to specified PLMNs (up to 6 PLMNs can be specified at the same time) when PLMN =plmn... is given, or all mobile subscribers except those that belong to a specific PLMN, when PLMN=ALL, OWNPLMN=plmn is given.

This command initiates printout MT MOBILE IN-BOUND ROAMERS LIST. There can be up to 16 commands in progress simultaneously. The order does not remain after system restart.

3 Examples
3.1 Example 1
MGSSP:IMSI=244661789012345; State and other dynamic data for mobile subscriber 244661789012345 is printed.

3.2 Example 2
MGSSP:IMSI=244661789000000&&244661789000111;

State and other dynamic data for the mobile subscribers from 244661789000000 to 244661789000111 is printed.

3.3 Example 3
MGSSP:PLMN=036-70&036-40; IMSI, MSISDN and the state of all the mobile subscribers that belong to PLMN 036-70 and 036-40 are printed.

3.4 Example 4
MGSSP:PLMN=ALL,OWNPLMN=020-10; IMSI, MSISDN and the state of all the mobile subscribers that belong to all PLMN except the PLMN 020-10 are printed.
