The recent generation is still accelerating and experiencing the changing of daily lifestyle. Its also human for this world becoming do less work rather than last generation. So, these types of changes mean a lot of traditional materials exchange by the latest technology such as advertisement, learning and whether interior or exterior also using technology to control. Actually, more advancing is called as multimedia. Multimedia is commonly used within the education field, business field, medical field or even some of the home user, a designer, a musician and etc.

First, about the education which related is as teaching, teacher, lecture and many others. Its education field. Education field is offering new way which can let the user using multimedia technologies for teaching and for students learning at anywhere they are. Teaching for this generation is very colourful because teachers can create some slide and video with the picture in order to bring out the message more clears to the students. Government also partner with some of the multimedia company to create a compact disc which preloaded with all the exercise and paste together with the text book. So, that all the students can do their revision easily. Besides revision, multimedia learning resources to the home represents an educational opportunity with the potential to improve student learning. Text has the highest impact on the quality of the multimedia interaction and it provides information. Text acts as the keystone tying all of the other media elements together. It is well written text that makes a multimedia communication wonderful.

This approach is used in a variety of ways, all based on visual display of a complex image paired with a spoken explanation. Sound used creatively, becomes a stimulus to the imagination; used inappropriately it becomes a hindrance or an annoyance. For instance, a script, some still images and a sound track, allow students to utilize their own power of imagination without being biased and influenced by the inappropriate use of video footage.

Next, with the content of digital video that provides new and exciting possibilities for the use of digital video in education. There are many instances where students, studying particular processes, may find themselves faced with a scenario that seems highly complex when conveyed in purely text form, or by the use of diagrams and images. Video can be used to give examples of phenomena or issues referred to in the text. For example, while a student is writing a video also can be shown to let student more understand a subject. The use of video is appropriate to convey information about environments that can be either dangerous or too costly to consider, or recreate, in real life. For example, video images used to demonstrate particular chemical reactions without exposing students to highly volatile chemicals, or medical education, where real-life situations can be better understood via video.

Multimedia is a combination of media elements in a single document including of text, graphics, animation, audio and video. The World Wide Web is capable of using most forms of media in combination. Actually, multimedia contain of a lot of format extension such as graphic file can save in JPEG, video can save in MP4 or RM, text file can save in txt or others and audio file can save in MP3. These all are commonly used in our multimedia creative centre. First and foremost, graphics file type contains file formats such as bitmap image file types or vector graphic file types. Generally, picture also got its own pixels in a grid. Each pixel in the image contains information about the colour to be displayed. Bitmap images already have a constant resolution and cannot be resized without losing image quality. Most commonly used bitmap file types are JPEG, JPG, GIF and others. The file extension JPG file is related to JPEG file format because used for pictures and etcetera. Although, JPEG is the best image format for pictures with high number of colors for use on the internet and it supports 16.7 million colours but in DOS-based computers just can only take a 3 character of the extension. So, we only can see JPG in the screen.

Real Audio and Real Video files are often given the common Real Media ".RM" file extension. Real Media files are often heavily compressed so they can stream over dial-up Internet connections.

Another file format is 3GP used to view and record video at mobile phones. There are two types of 3GP such as 3GPP and 3GPP2. These are the new worldwide standards for the creation, delivery and playback of multimedia over 3rd generation, highspeed wireless networks. It is also provide uniform delivery of rich multimedia over newly evolved, broadband mobile networks to the latest multimedia wireless devices. The 3GPP and 3GPP2 are based on the MPEG-4 standard which was derived from Apple's QuickTime. Next, a file with extension mp4 is a MPEG-4 file format. MPEG-4 is an International Standards Organization (ISO) specification that covers many aspects of multimedia presentation including compression, authoring and delivery. The Windows Media Player does not support the direct playback of the mp4 format media. You can play mp4 media in Windows Media Player when you install software called as DirectShow-compatible MPEG-4 decoder packs. This format video also content can be encoded and stored in an asf file container by using Windows Media Tools and Windows Media Encoder. However, MP4 file extension supports all kinds of multimedia content of multiple audio streams, video streams, subtitle streams, pictures and advanced content like 2D and 3D graphics or user interactivity.

You can normally change the file format as well. Fortunately most software can import other file formats and convert them to a format they can process. Be careful, the words will survive, but the formatting might not. Many text files use plain text (TXT), Rich Text Format (RTF) and as well as Microsoft Word (DOC). Word is comes in Macintosh and Windows formats. Utilities exist to import and export in Word format.

Besides that, to select 'All file types' when looking for documents as they might have different file extensions. The version of the software is also important because is someone sending a version 4 software to a friend with a version 5 will be successful. But if the friend edits it in version 5 and returns it, there will be problems. Actually, these kind problems are less common and always can find a file converter to solve the problem. A RTF files, is more better as they can be read by every word processing package we know and the file size will be smaller. Microsoft Word documents can be saved as RTF format.

Wav is a standard audio file format used mainly in Windows. It is less well known that wave files can also be encoded with a variety of codecs to reduce the file size such as the GSM or mp3 codec. The MPEG Layer-3 (mp3) format is the most popular format for downloading and storing music. This file format also a roughly one-tenth the size of an equivalent PCM file while maintaining good audio quality. Mp3 format is the best for music storage but not that good for voice storage. Musical Instrumental Digital Interface has been continually expanded to include other features for the professional musician. Besides that, it is the device can be connected to the computer to capture the sound by musical instrument. This format also can be edit and play fast on a webpage in good quality. But MIDI just can store none spoken dialogue.
