Each student team (maximum is four students per team) is required to make an assignment as coursework. The coursework is a report in which the team proposes some recommendation to solve the problems the Morgan Motor Company is facing. The report has to adopt the outline given. The problem definition must be agreed on by the lecturer. The following activities are required: Watch the video of the Morgan Motor Company. Formulate the problem(s), which this company is facing. Describe the Morgan Motor Company using Porters Value Chain model. Formulate at least five recommendations. The recommendations are argued through, are practical and can be implemented. The recommendations indicate in detail what actions (including target dates) should be taken and by whom. Indicate as clear as possible every used sources of evidence (literature, video, websites, expert views, et cetera). Use the Harvard reference system.
