immediately cease and desist all unauthorized use of the SRP name and trademarks or any practice that may falsely suggest any affiliation with SRP. Representatives from SRPs legal department have confirmed with the BBB on April 4, 2011 that they have received a signed letter agreeing to the cease and desist from Green Monster.
