The item Nick Brooks would have presented to the committee will be presented by Rhys Short Minutes The minutes were approved, however the committee had noticed missing letters caused by scribd, this was brought to the attention of Rhys Short earlier in the day, however he did not have time to investigate the problem and will proceed to do so in the very near future. NUEL The National University E-sports league will be holding their first tournament for this academic year soon. With the titles being played: Team Fortress 2, Counter Strike Source and Star Craft 2. Rhys Short delegated that Ben Mayne should put a call out for a team and after recommendations from Keiran Russell, Joshua Bird and Dave Haenze will also help getting a team together for the competition. Lisa Newton plans to push the hoodies at the next social and with the final order date being set for two socials (normal) from now. Social Ben Mayne will be running the social this week in order to give Lisa Newton some time off to complete various tasks that need doing. ACOG Conduct (Socials) Some committee members conveyed themselves in a lower light during the last social and has been requested to convey himself in a better light during socials after alcoholic beverages have been consumed. Despite this Keiran Russeel has been mentioned for his help during the time at The Nags Head.. The Committee members have been requested that when disagreements over the order of which venues are visited on social not be aired in public but instead brought up at the next meeting, where the matter can be discussed, with Lisa Newton or whom was running the social on behalf of Lisa Newton, so all disagreements can be handled in a constructive manor. Casuals Liam Edwards has said that he will ask Nick Brooks about the exact arrangement and then carry out casuals at the Aber Vaults, making use of the room upstairs if possible. Finances Sam OHara reports that owed money from the current month will be paid at the next meeting after the Guild have processed the forms. With Lloyd Thomas being paid off in the next months budget. Steam Group Dave Haenze has noticed that there is not as much activity on the steam group as the facebook group, as a result he suggested having a talk server to allow the members to talk to each other.
