We had a conference call with Bimal Da/KJSA on Aug. 30th 2006.

Attendees: Soumyadeb Mitra (UIUC), Sam Murthy, Bimal Da, Ketan Mehta and Feroz Khan.

The aims of the call were:

1. to carefully explain the contract especially the termination clauses.
2. to understand some finer points of the teacher's income sources and the tuition collection
3. to get details on delivery of photos
4. to understand KJSA's bank account and FCRA situation.
