ANNOUNCEMENT

The Organizer, the Union of Tallinn Figure Skating Clubs in cooperation with the Tallinn Figure Skating School, are pleased to invite figure skaters to participate in the international figure skating competition TALLINN TROPHY 2011 in the following categories:

NB for competitors representing Tallinn Clubs: Within the Tallinn Trophy competition there will also be held the Absolute Championship of Tallinn which will determine medalists.

GENERAL REGULATIONS

The competition will be conducted in accordance with the ISU Special Regulations & Technical Rules 2010, and all Respective ISU Communications for figure skating. The competition will be held with ISU New Judging System for all categories.

VENUE OF COMPETITION

All competition events and practice sessions will take place at:

PREMIA ICE HALL Haabersti str. 3 TALLINN, ESTONIA Rink size: 56 x 26 meters

All ISU-Members and all Clubs, National Figure Skating Federations associated with ISU are invited to the competition in any category and class. However, the Organizer shall have the right to limit the number of skaters from the invited clubs, and split categories if the number of participants requires that. Entries must be submitted in a written form and must contain the kind of event, competitors full name and date of birth , full name of team leader, coach and chaperon, date of arrival and departure. ENTRIES

Attention! The deadline for entries is October 21, 2011 Please fill in your entry according to Annex #1 Planned program contents have to be sent by November 11, 2011. All program contents received later than November 11, 2011 will not be accepted. All current information will be available on the Tallinn Trophy website: www.tallinntrophy.eu NB! Please see the enclosed technical data for requirements. (Annex #2)

Each club has to pay for its participants 50% of the total amount right after the entry form confirmation, by November 11, 2011. The rest fee has to be paid at accreditation before the competition (Cash Only). Bank Account information:

ACCREDITATION MUSIC

Accreditation will take place at the ice rink. Time will be announced later.

Music must be recorded on CDs and submitted at the time of accreditation. The music medias must be of good quality and labeled clearly with the Competitor's name, Nation, category and the exact music time. Each program must be recorded on a separate disc. All CDs will be returned to the team leader by the end of the competition at the ice rink.

ACCOMMODATION
All participants have to book and pay the accommodation by themselves. You may search for hotels on the following websites: www.tallinn-hotels.ee; www.booking.com P.S. Additional information concerning accommodation will be provided as

soon as possible. (It will be published in the First Information Aid) NB! There is no shuttle-bus service at this competition.

The three best-placed competitors in each event will be awarded with a trophy. All competitors will receive a diploma and a present. The three best competitors of the Absolute Championship of Tallinn will be awarded with medals and diplomas.

AWARDING

PROTESTS

Each team has the right to submit a protest. Protests must be submitted to the Referee of the relevant event at the latest immediately after the event. Upon the submission of the protest a protest fee of 50 EUR must be paid. The referees decision is final. In the New Judging System no protests can be filed against the judges, but against the right determination of the executed element or incorrect mathematical calculation.

RESULTS

The results for Ice Dance and Single skating: Senior, Junior, Advance Novice, Basic Novice A, Basic Novice B will be calculated according to ISU Regulations. Chicks A and B, Cubs A and B, Debs B, Springs B, will be calculated according to Estonian Figure Skating Classification for season 2011/2012 (Annex #2).

LIABILITY

In accordance with ISU Rule 119 the Organizer accepts no liability for injury, property loss or damages incurred by Competitors or Officials. The Organizer will provide medical emergency aid during the competition.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Time Schedule will be announced after the deadline of entry forms. The Draw for Ice Dance Pattern Dance will be held on November 11, 2011
