General Information for all 4 topics:

Get to know your group members, exchange contacts etc. Propose your company to me via email by 18:00 hrs, 10 February 2009. Please write your batch code, group name, proposed company in the subject field. Example: 30-Q, Group-A, Grameenphone Ltd. I will announce my approval or rejection in the class on 11 February 2009. In case if two groups are proposing the same company, it will be allocated on first come first served basis, so email your companys name ASAP! Deadline of submission: You must submit your hard copy in class on 25 March 2009, Wednesday and soft copy via email on the same day by 18:00 hrs. For more details, please read the course outline carefully. If you fail to meet any of the requirements mentioned as the instructions, you will lose marks. The document must be well organized and presentable. Literature review: Start with a few words on the broader theme, such as the organizations environments, the types of environments, and then focus on your relevant topic. Discuss and analyze the literature relevant to your topic in details. For example, if your topic is Internal Environment, discuss and analyze the elements of Internal Environment, the importance of Internal Environment to the managers, how this environment impacts upon a business, how to manage this type of environment and so on. Provide examples where necessary. Now, discuss and analyze your proposed companys relevant environment, according to your topic. Discuss and analyze how this environment is influencing and making an impact upon the company, how is the company managing them, discuss and analyze relevant problems and possible solutions. Please include your own ideas regarding how the company can deal with this environment more effectively. Discuss your recommendations and scope for further research on the relevant issues. Include a meaningful graph to show the relationships between the company and the relevant environment and its elements and other important factors. You should develop it yourself.

Include a meaningful graph to show the relationships between the company and the relevant environment and the five forces and other important factors. You should develop it yourself.
