Thechargeissupposedtobecontainedinacylindricalcontainermadeof nonconductivematerial,thatinitiallycontainsavacuumandwhenfullychargedonly/ mostly(ideally)electrons.

Storingthechargeistobeachievedusinganelectronbeamthatiscreatedononeendof thecontainer.Whatevercreatestheelectronbeamistobeknowninthecurrentmain chapterastheanode.
