You are requested to be present in our office on 20.10.2011,THURSDAY at 09.00 AM for document verification process. In case the documents are in order then only you will be allowed to appear in the interview. 3. Your candidature has been considered for the interview on the basis of information submitted by you in the online application w.r.t. professional qualification as specified in the advertisement. In case, it is found that you do not possess the requisite qualification as prescribed in the advertisement No. NH/Rectt./01/2011 or otherwise, your candidature shall be cancelled. 4. OBC candidates must produce a recent caste certificate (non-creamy layer) as applicable for the posts under the Government of India (specimen enclosed). Disability certificate (PwD) issued by a Government Hospital/ Medical Board showing the degree of permanent disability in support of their claim for being handicapped 6 copies of your bio-data in the format (specimen enclosed) duly filled. Any other certificate/documents if required to be produced as per the specification of the advertisement.

For attending the interview, outstation candidates will be paid 2nd class to and fro Railway/ Ordinary Bus fare by the shortest route on production of Railway Ticket PNR No./ Bus journey tickets and the documents mentioned in para 3&4 above. The payment of travelling expenditure may be sent to the candidate by post later on. It will not be possible for the company to make any arrangement for your stay for attending the interview. 6. Please note that if all the relevant documents mentioned in para 3&4 above are not produced on the date of interview or if you are found not fulfilling the qualifications and other criteria outlined in our Advt. No. NH/Rectt./01/2011 or fail to produce any of the requisite documents as mentioned by you at the time of ONLINE registration, your candidature shall be cancelled and you shall neither be interviewed nor paid travelling fare.
