Sept 2003 Current Debenhams Retail - Technical Support Analyst Initially joined the company on the first line support team maintaining the systems in the stores Joined the 2nd line support team in Oct 2006, being the end line support for the servers/tills/PCs within the stores. Provided remote support to other system personnel, engineers and contractors as well as out of hours callout responsible for all 166 UK stores. Personal Information

I am a keen sportsman who plays for local teams and enjoys competing as well as the social side of it. I have always had a big passion in all aspects of motorsport and have won many events doing so. In 2010 I won the South West sprinting championship. I use my passion for engineering to design, create and test my own car modifications. I also regularly partake in runs to raise money and awareness for charities. Most recently I raised 200 for cancer research and the Alzheimers society.
