MoFA Consular Services Development and Automation is a system developed by Jaffa.Net for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Palestinian Consulates around the world. The aim of this project is to automate services provided by MoFA and its consulates to Palestinian citizens in an attempt to facilitate the process followed while applying or asking for any service. MoFA Consular Services Development and Automation system is: A field trip was conducted by Jaffa.Net team and MoFA team to Dubai, Germany and Jordan to train the consulates staff on how to use the system by giving examples and explanation. Meanwhile, it is worth mentioning that MoFA Consular Services Development and Automation system is now ready and used by the MoFA and the Consulates around the world.
