I am asking Felimon Emon to travel back in time, specifically in the 19992000 Davide, Jr.-epoch. He paid sums of money for the JBC Members diner, investing for my reinstatement. Emon and Regino told me that I must wait for the retirement of Pardo, my 2nd Ponente (successor of Ruth Romero, whose heartless pen signed as her swan song the cursed longest 12 years suspension in world history, on July 20, 1999), the neighbor of ERAP who faced his downfall which I predicted. Regino asked me to predict the appointment of Renato since he allegedly worked very hard for Corona (for I successfully prophesied my professor, De Leon, Jr.s appointment upon request of Regino). Emon suggested that I must predict so, as Regino thought Corona would be the Ponente-successor of Pardo. But God allowed Atty. Sisons god-daughter, Austria-Martinez to let me see extreme sufferings. Emon sent me SMS messages, saying that his appointment as my sole

counsel in these cases is a privilege. I asked Emon to be at the destined time and diner place, that he must again face Regino, for a reason: tell, now, the truth, for he is a servant of the Light which is Veritas.

In 1995, when I saw a vision of 3 wooden coffins (Davide, Jr., Panganiban & Puno), I rushed to a 40 years healer of Sabang, Baliuag, Bulacan, Rufina Apo Rupeng Resurrection. She said that after 3 Good Fridays, I would have to serve, heal and leave my job. On July 21, 1999, a day after my suspension, Regino told me how Ruth-Romero treated Judges: She never read transcripts, she merely read the Briefs and Memoranda she could not understand Judges. Regino added: Sabi ni Melo, Floro kuro-kuro! On July 20, 2000, I visited the dying Apo Rupeng, who saw the Black Nazarene in my body, while her son, a Karate professor saw the Risen Christ in my 2 palms. I emotionally asked her, regarding the
outcome of my case. Her last words (before she died of kidney failure) are deafening:

I hereby ask Regino and Emon to tell the Court of Last Resort, that this bulwark of freedom and democracy is, was and will be continuously be persecuted, attacked and annihilated by the present Government: Macapagal accused Marcos of corruption and dictatorship; Marcos sent to Laur, Nueva Ecija, Ninoy, while Imelda allowed his USA surgery after on bended knees plea of Cory; Corazon refused to grant Marcos, a sacred burial; Gloria denied Corys ultimate plea against

Imelda and her children; PNoy, as co-equal of the Primus Inter Pares, humiliated Corona at the very spot where the prophesied HK tragedy became a dire Omen on the Aquino administration. My Reynato S. Puno Disbarment case predicted the horrible R. Laurel Bar Exam tragedy, a first in judicial history. It did spell the thorn in the flesh of the Supreme Court. I was told by Regino that his greatest case is the Sandiganbayans Aquino-Galman case. There is a time for everything, a time to rejoice, a time to heal, to kill and to die. Everything that happens in this world happens at the time that God chooses. I am therefore asking Emon to tell Regino: let this be his final case before his last breath prior to his facing of the King of kings, the Amen, the Faithful and True, the Lamb of God and witnessed by the Angel of Death, Pinagpala, Powerful, Element 115, Imortal Judge Floro: tell the Court, the Chief Justice, the Ponente and his Gods of Faura, the truth, now, for I am the Crusader of the Black Nazarene, a Servant/Member of Marys Army for the protection of the Holy Eucharist. The following was intended to be filed for the Ponente, Conchita Carpio-Morales, but since Nazario was appointed and promised me per her PS Ma. Providencia Bibing Timbangkaya, that my case would be resolved in my favor, I opted to put this most important account of my more than 60 visits to Regino, in my cabinet. I was told by my classmates husband on 2002, at their Pandacan, Manila home, that Corona is legalistic. He is never swayed by whispers, but decides based on law and evidence.

I am submitting to the Court per affirmation of Regino the following documentary and testimonial evidence under the 1989 Rules of Evidence and settled jurisprudence: xxx to prove that I am entitled to be paid 9 years back wages, economic benefits, etc., to be issued a new Judges ID (based on the Final Ruling of Acquittal written in one sentence GRANT of My Motion for Reinstatement, etc., the April 12, 2011 landmark Resolution in these cases). Considering the stare decisis --- that this Honorable Court, with due respect, compassionately, morally and promptly acted on Judges Iturraldes, Pamintuans, Muros, Villegas, Caminades, Rivera, Jr.s and Raul Gonzalez administrative cases, undersigned respondent, hereby ask Emon and Regino to tell the 15 SC Associate Justices (that, as King Maker, he nominated and made Gods of Faura), that: The Visconde and Ampatuan Massacre cases are dwarfed

by the Psychotic-Duende Judges 12 years of incarceration in total darkness by the Cruz-Sison, Davide, Jr., Panganiban & Puno Courts of Injustice and Vengeance.

I ask Regino not to frustrate the Divine Will, that is, to confirm and affirm under the Justices/JBC Members sacred Oath, all the contents of this letter-pleading, including the DIARY of his kindness (which detailed how Atty. Teresita Cruz-Sison and Davide, Jr. conspired as masterminds of these cases, and tell the 15 SC Associate Justices, that my time has come).
On April 18, 2011, undersigned respondent Judge Floro changed address from his rented dilapidated house at 123 Dahlia, Alido, Malolos, 3000 Bulacan, to an apartment he rented as temporary residence; Ergo, his new mailing address is as follows:

On June 2, 2010, undersigned respondent Judge Floro duly received the Resolution dated 12 April, 2011 in this landmark aboveentitled case, which is of first impression in world history; copy of the same is attached as Annex A hereof; On February 11, 2006, Judge Floro dismissed his counsels of record Rene AV Saguisag and Gregorio M. Batiller, Jr. after the February 10, 2006 private conference with JBC Member Justice Regino C. Hermosisima, Jr. LET IT BE REMEMBERED that Judge Floro endured this 12 years jobless suspension suffering solely because Dr. Cecilia Villegas alerted and reported to JBC Member Atty. Teresita Cruz-Sison that after the psychiatric evaluation about September 19, 1995, Judge Floro in confidence stated to the doctor that Atty. Sison would suffer a massive stroke, while another JBC Member, Renato Santiago would die and another JBC member would meet an accident. (Annex 7, the JBC Letter dated 1 September, 1995, informing Judge Floro of his JBC Panel Interview on September 19, 1995, for RTC, Br. 49, Guagua, Pampanga. Judge Floro was surprised that his application for Guagua, Pampanga, RTC was transferred to Malabon RTC by Justice Regino C. Hermosisima, Jr. because of the submitted excellent academic records. Judge Floro discovered that there were deep differences and bitterness between Hermosisima, Jr./Marigomen and Sison-Dimayuga. Judge Floro became a Judge since J. Hermosisima, Jr. convinced CJ Narvasa to break the tie. There at the JBC, En Banc Voting, Atty. Sison, naglulupasay sa galit when Regino got the breaking tie-vote of CJ Narvasa.

Since CJ Davide, Jr. replaced Narvasa, Judge Floro was suspended on July 20, 1999 because of vengeance by Sison. Sison got the votes of Flerida Ruth-Romero as ponente and of Bernardo P. Pardo. Pardo, 44 Polk St., Greenhills, as Eraps neighbor (for Judge Floro predicted on Good Friday, 1998 that Erap will not finish his term) persecuted Judge Floro until his retirement. The Ateneo Law Schools Fr. Bernas and Atty. Sedfrey Candelaria turned down Judge Floros written plea to ask the Court to decide these cases. They instead advised Judge Floro to resign. Hence, Justice Hermosisima, Jr. arranged a failed settlement, since Davide, Jr. and Sison rejected Judge Floro-Hermosisima, Jr.s offer to resign to practice law. Judge Floro came to know Felimon Fernandez because of CA server Efren Rivamonte. Fernandez spent sums of money to treat the JBC Members to diner with a sole agenda to ask the Justices to decide these cases. After the dinner, Fernandez told Judge Floro that Hermosisima, Jr. could not convince Davide hence, Floro has to wait for the retirement of ponente Pardo so that the latter might not be offended. Considering that Judge Floro impeccably predicted Eraps downfall and his Professor Sabino de Leons appointment, Hermosisima, Jr. asked Judge Floro to predict the appointment of Renato C. Corona. Judge Floro was surprised, and asked Regino about Coronas problem. Hermosisima, Jr. said that he and Marigomen were working hard to put Corona in the Court as can be seen in In re Vallarta. Hermosisima, Jr. promised Judge Floro that the dwarf judge would be reinstated later since Corona would be the Ponente after Pardo. Cory per Sen. Rene AV Saguisag wrote newspaper opinions that Corona and Carpi are nuisance Justices. Hence, the long line of oppositions against Corona. Things went bad, for Hermosisima, Jr. informed Floro that Sison was the ninang of the new Floro Ponente Austria-Martinez who knew nothing about administrative law. From that time, 1999-2000, until June 21, 2011, Felimon Fernandez refused to enter his appearance for Judge Floro since he lost 6 cases, including Demetria because of the grudge of Davide, Jr. and his Gods of Faura barkadas. *****Atty. Felimon Fernandez is the opposition assemblyman from Cebu; he is one of the Chosen "Ten Outstanding Assemblymen" by the Philippine Free Press, along with Assemblymen Hilario Davide, Jr., Cesar Virata, Emmanuel Pelaez, Arturo Tolentino, Blas Ople, Fancisco Tatad, Ronaldo Zamora, Jeremias Montemayor and KBL President, Vicente D. Millora. Fernandez is an alumnus of USC Boys High School. Notable classmates: Attorneys Bernardito Florido, Regalado "Dodong" Maambong, Felimon Fernandez, Judge Oscar Abella, and businessman and concert pianist Eddie Dakay, GM Sanchez, MD; Felimon Fernandez is the Cebu Law Partner of Mr. Hilario G. Davide, Abella.

Felimon Fernandez rejected VP Doy Laurels offer to be appointed SC Justice, and more importantly Fernandez rejected Hermosisima, Jr.s repeated offers for Fernandez to become Sandiganbayan Justice or Presiding Justice. Felimons most famous poem is dedicated to the Aquino-Galman Ponente: Do you want me to feed my children with stolen money? How can I educate my children with the salary of a Justice? The lay minister of Capitol Estates where Fr. Gerry Tapiador did sing his swan song listened carefully to the Fernandez homily. Even if Fernandez refused the Appearance, still, Judge Floro received legal and compassionate text messages from Fernandez who always call Floro Judge despite the fact that Fernandez is an institution older, taller and better than Davide, Panganiban and Puno, the trio. Felimon Fernandez agreed to Appear in this case and help the jobless Judge: Any assistance dat I extend to you is completely and wholeheartedly FREE! (+639178376820, Felimon Fernandez cellphone, June 21, 2011, 09:02:59 pm) Have not seen Hermosisima for sometime now but yes, but I am willing to be of any assistance to U. It is a privilege. (June 21, 2011; 08:51:42 pm) [There are several other text messages of Fernandez to Floro; but the above-SMS are reproduced to prove that Fernandez expressly now Appears as counsel of record of Judge Floro, by eAppearance. Due to distance from Bulacan to Las Pinas, Judge Floro opted Atty. Bernar D. Fajardo to sign for Fernandez, and only for this pleading]. Total sila ni Fernandez at Hermosisima and nagumpisa nito, e, di sila na ang tumapos nito! Judge Floro sayeth. Meaning therefore, that, morally and by the demands of the time, both of them should put finis to this CASE UNCLOSED. Judge Floro decides not to file any further pleading to clarify this very short but most comprehensive Resolution, since, the mouth of Justice Hermosisima, Jr. opened and stated: They only need 1 hour to decide your case! Regino C. Hermosisima, Jr., December 2002. You have to wait until 2005! (retirement of Davide). Judge Floro tells Fernandez: As skeptic from birth until this Friday, June 24, 2011, I never believe in miracles. For this reason, I was bestowed the spiritual gifts of the lights in my palms, that no human being since creation was ever allowed to display. In the Supreme Court of law, judgments are not done or written by magic, they are well designed not by Gods of Faura but Guardians called Immortals (unlike in the Green Lantern) who have no fear. Under the Rules on Evidence, the twin writings of Hermosisima for Judge Floro

are damning evidence or rather proof of the highest character that Regino is solely responsible for the prophetic Grant of the motion. ONE SENTENCE acquittal, that is, back in time to July 20, 1999, cleansed from all legal iniquities and penalties, inter alia. As foretold by Regino, that my case could be decided in just one hour, the 4th April 1, 2011 Appeal was decided in just 11 days on April 12, 2011, that is, exactly 5 years from the death of Luz Puno on April 12, 2006; on January 11, 2006, 2 pm Judge Floro went to Hermosisima, Jr.s neighbor Ma. Provindencia Bibing Timbangkaya, the ghost writer of the 75 pages Minita Viray Chico-Nazario cursed Decision (her private secretary). At 4:30 she advised Judge Floro not to appeal but to bring the fight to media. Floro stated that he has no money to advertise his sufferings. Bibing admitted that it was Justice Nazario who approached Regino C. Hermosisima, Jr. at a dinner. Bibing asked Judge Floro:

Mula sa puso mo, Judge, ano ang naramdaman mo, nang pagkatapos mong ipaglaban at hulaan ang appointment ni Justice Nazario, kami rin ang magiging Ponente, mo?
January 11, 2011, 2 pm. Judge Floro delayed the carrying of the Cross of the Black Nazarene, who appeared to Floro; Floro asked for pardon via prayers of Fr. Constancio Gan, CM., per text message. January 11, 2011, Judge Floro posted in 4 e-forums, the Conditional Global Annihilation of Sendai, Japan (and many other prior tragedies, as foretold by the 101 tears of Our Lady of Akita in 1973) by LUIS, the King of kings of elementals in the entire universe. On April 12, 2011, after exactly 5 years, the Court GRANTED Floros 4th MR/APPEAL, one sentence or rather one word GRANT. June 2, 1983, 7 pm, the first appearance of LUIS, Armand and Angel to Judge Floros brother, Robert V. Floro.

June 2-3, 2008, after 25 years or quarter of a century dalliance with the 3 duendes, Judge Floros April 8, 2008 Blue Madonna Appeal for Reinstatement, Enthronement of Mary-Eucharist in 5 mystic fire courts to prevent e-j killings of journalists, lawyers and judges, was expunged from the record by the Puno Court. June 2-3, 2011, the Meycauayan Post office and Judge Floro received the ONE sentence GRANT SC En Banc Resolution 28 long years from the first appearance of the 3 duendes. April 7, 1984, Judge Floro placed 12th in the 1983 Bar exams, 87.55%, one of hardest in history, only 21.3% passed, and 80% of Ateneo-UP examinees literally cried for failure. April 7, 2006, Judge Floro and the 3 duendes became immortal in world history when the cursed March 31, 2006 Nazario Decision was promulgated and released on April 6-7, 2006. July 20, 1999 longest cursed preventive suspension in world history. March 19, 2011 140th months of suspension of jobless Judge Floro; 4 a.m. Super Moon, JBC Member J. Conrado Parado Castros fatal car accident. July 20, 2011 12 years of suspension of jobless Judge Floro.

the filing of other cases against respondents did show that Judge Floro procrastinated these cases. The following documents are formally offered to the Court of last resort, for the purpose of proving that Judge Floro, as fully reinstated by the April 12, 2011 En Banc Resolution is entitled a) to be issued new Judges ID, b) to be paid back salaries, allowances and other economic benefits corresponding to 9 years, (July 20, 1999 to July 20, 2011, less 3 years paid) and c) to be paid as reimbursement the deleted P 40,000 fine, due to i) repeal of laws violated and ii) Fallo of the S.C. Brion, who, after being appointed CA Justice upon prophecy of Judge Floro, reached out to Caloy de Leon, which act was known by the mastermind of Judge Floro's suspension, Atty. Teresita Cruz Sison, upon being notified by Regino; iii) the Ponente, who was swayed to reverse the cursed "75 pages Nazario Judgment", by sheer power of truth, the Light from Judge Floro's 2 palms, which light is the sole personal defense of the Corona Supreme Court against the demons at Malacanang:

(now 12 years, July 20, 1999 April 12, 2011) Mr. Justice Regino C. Hermosisima, Jr. emotionally clarified that he will pray for me in 2 churches. As I received the 2 tokens he tersely inscribed my destiny: were not meant to cast aspersions or to offend anybody. I have no other way in the ordinary course of law to prove the truth. Per prophecy only will the Almighty vindicate me. Hoping that this Court of last resort will hear my voice, and see the Lights from my 2 palms, a first since creation (of the light, the universe, angels, this planet and its inhabitants, the animals and mankind, including the 3 duendes).

A Priest for eternity.

On February 10. 2006, 3 p.m. at his JBC Chambers, I arrived and talked to Regino (after he called me by phone on February 9). Regino told me that the Court is not pleased, since I talk like a priest. After more than 60 personal visits, I stopped going to his Chambers about January, 2005 for reasons: a) I asked Justice Brion to talk to him regarding why my case had to be uupuan, walang galawan as mandated by Davide, Jr., until his December 2005 retirement. b) I therefore demanded that Regino should tell me the identity of my Ponente. Regino asked me to talk to my Gabays, the 3 duendes. I replied that LUIS would not allow me to know the writer. Regino told me to ask Ting or Pepay Anama, since, Regino said, that a Clerk of Court or Assistant should know. I obediently went to Pepay. She told me that she does not know my Ponente, since she would only know, if my case would be decided upon her promulgation. Pepay signed my cursed Notice of Decision since Luz Puno was dying at that time. Pepay lost the Clerk of Court battle in favor of the incumbent for she failed to get the votes. LUIS ordered me not to go near Reginos Chambers, until I the Lights from my 2 palms would be seen and revealed to the entire planet earth, for the Peace of Christ through Mary for mankind.
