01 The 90 cm ductable electric chimney with anodized aluminium filters is perfect for Indian kitchens. It absorbs fumes and keeps the kitchen odour-free.

02 The four-burner cooking hob features electric ignition for convenience. Backing panels in stainless steel make it easy to clean.

03 Unobtrusive yet highly functional, the garbage receptacle in the kitchen forms a part of the cabinetry. It swivels out with its lid open when you open the cabinet door and shuts and slides back in after use.

At Total Environment, our commitment to clients extends beyond the handing-over of a home. By providing a wide-ranging one year warranty, we take responsibility for quality. We offer a comprehensive package of maintenance services that ensure competent and timely care for your home for approximately fifteen years. We focus on preventive maintenance, that is cost-effective and prudent as it brings down the need for repairs, extends the life expectancy of components and reduces energy consumption.

HOUSEKEEPING Meticulous attention is paid to cleanliness and upkeep of the premises. This includes ensuring proper drainage in terrace and basement areas, pump rooms, driveways, water bodies and reservoirs and other common spaces including corridors and lifts. As part of house keeping services we take care of garbage clearance and disposal. In the event of water supply being disrupted, we make efforts to arrange water from alternate sources. SECURITY Teams of well-trained security personnel, either employed directly by us, or engaged through professional security agencies, provide round - the - clock security. We provide backup for all surveillance and access-control devices. EQUIPMENT Comprehensive maintenance contracts with vendors of lifts, generators and pumps ensure timely service and backup for critical equipment.

AMENITIES The maintenance plan includes upkeep of all recreational spaces and amenities including the pool, gymnasium and play area. The wiring for the 15 amp points shall be in 3/20 copper wire of 660/440 volts rating, adequate for equipment of capacity up to 3.0 KW. The wiring for 5 amp points shall be of 3/22 rating, adequate for wet grinders/mixers/shavers/ refrigerators/washing machines and other equipment of capacity up to 1100W. Earthing 1/18 Copper wire shall be used for earthing using the loop system. One Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker and MCB shall be provided in each apartment. A lightning arrester and earth pits shall be provided with separate earth point for the elevators.

Switches All switches shall be of Crabtree or equivalent make. ELECTRO-DOMESTIC EQUIPMENT Hob A 4-burner cooking hob with electrical ignition shall be provided in the kitchen. SS Backing plate A 24 x 24 stainless steel backing plate shall be provided behind the cooking hob. provided to the entire unit including the lighting as well the heating circuits - upto a limit of 5 KVA per unit and also to the common area lighting and pumps and motors etc., The Generators shall be provided with acoustic enclosures and an AMF Panel with an automatic change-over switch. Rainwater Harvesting Percolation pits shall be provided for rainwater harvesting. Sewage treatment A sewage treament plant shall be provided with separate plumbing for the use of re-cycled water in landscaping and for the flushing system. Garbage chute A stainless steel garbage chute with sprinkler system, auto-close intake doors, sanitation unit, exhaust system at the roof level and control panel for control along with a heavy duty HDPE garbage trolley shall be provided at all floors . Elevators Passenger elevator shall be provided with automatic doors and SS finish inside the cabins. Elevators shall be provided with multi-beam sensors for door operation and down collective system.
