You must attend one fine arts performance or exhibit per term. Then fill out the evaluation below and attach the concert program. If you do have a concert program, you must get a parent signature. 2. DESCRIBE What are the facts and clues? (What do you see or hear?) Visual Art What do you see? Plot, Setting The Symphony included all strings instruments as well as band and percussion instruments. Band instruments were in the back and string instruments were in the front. The pianist was in front of everyone. They all wore concert black and had great posture. 3. ANALYZE How is it put together? The conductor watched and followed the pianist, but the other musicians still watched the conductor. 5. JUDGEMENT Was this successful? Why or Why not? Would you recommend it? Why or Why not? (Craftsmanship, Expressiveness, Originality, Personal Response, Design Quality) It was a very successful performance! The orchestra was very focused and played with 100% effort. They used full bows and looked like they might even fall out of their chairs, they were working so hard and bowing so fast! It was exciting and fun to watch! I loved it and think everyone can learn something from watching the Utah Symphony and listening to Gershwins Rhapsody in Blue!
