No entries shall be considered after the cut-off date. 3) The host Divisional Offices shall make arrangements for grounds/stadiums for holding the match. They shall also arrange for umpires, scorers and other ground facilities necessary for holding the matches. Only online scoring of cricket matches is allowed. 4) In case two teams are tied at equal points after the completion of league phase of Cricket, the team with higher net run rate shall qualify for the quarter finals. 5) Results of matches should be intimated to Regional Office, Lucknow on the same day of conclusion of event at agmpersup.fci@gov.in. 8) DSPC of the host Divisional office will compile the results of all Events and inform DSPC DO Lucknow & RSPC RO Lucknow on the same day. In case of any Dispute, the decision of RSPC RO Lucknow will be final. 7) Latest T20 rules will be applicable in Men's Cricket team event. International rules will ‘be applicable to other Individuals Games also. 8) No change in venue will be entertained from any of the teams. 8) Only FCI Staff will be allowed to participate. The matches except finals of cricket will be played in white dress and with Red ball. 13) The Prize Distribution Ceremony (Momento and Certificates) for all the events will be held on 21.04.2024 (on the occasion of final of Cricket event) at Lucknow. F. Budget: 1) The Host FCI Divisional offices namely DO Agra, DO Bareilly & DO Varanasi are allotted Rs. Thirty Five Thousand Only for organizing the league stage of events. Further budget will be made available from BE-2024-28. 2)DO Lucknow which will host the league matches of Kabaddi/Kushtiand league matches of Cricket/Badminton/T.1/Chess for Group 2 alongwith the Quarter finals, Semifinals and finals of all the events is allotted a budget of Rs. 95,000/- (Rs. Ninety Five Thousand Only) for organizing of the said events and arrangements of prizes/certificates and closing ‘ceremony. Further budget will be made available from BE-2024-25. 3) All players are strictly advised to travel not above 3AC train fare. Category-I & I ‘Officers are only allowed accommodation on twin sharing basis at Rs. 2000/- (plus taxes) along with their entitled DA. 4) All Category-IIl participants are allowed DA as per their entitlement. 5) The said budget will be allocated from the “Welfare Fund” of RO Lucknow.
