This Sunday, you will be asked to participate in a church- wide survey to evaluate the church and ministries of the

First Baptist Church. This survey will be given out during the Sunday School hour to all class members. The purpose of the survey is to get feed back from the congregation concerning the various ministries of the church. You may fill out your survey on Sunday or return it to your Sunday School teacher next Sunday morning. The Sunday Morning worship services will be State of the Church messages with each staff member highlighting the events of the past year. This will allow every age to know what is going on through out the church. It will be a report, a challenge and a chance to act. Every believer has the responsibility to serve the Lord. Every believer should be involved in the ministries of the church. Every believer should be contributing to the cause of Christ in this place. This is GODS church and we are but the stewards of what He has entrusted to us. Our activities, ministries and giving reflect what we think of Him. How we conduct ourselves and encourage others to act is a reflection of the Christ within us. Thank you for your faithfulness in ministry. Thank you for your gifts to the Lord and His work. Thank you for your witness. Thank you in advance for the desire to move forward in the Kingdoms work. God has blessed us and I believe He wants to be a greater blessing to us and through us. I cant wait to see what He is going to do! I look forward to seeing you this Sunday in all of our services. Paul

JUBALS CDS AVAILABLE The latest Sons of Jubal CD, God is Faithful is still available for purchase. Proceeds from the sale of this CD go toward the expenses of the 2012 Jubals trip to the far east. Contact the office if you would like a copy of this CD. PROPERTY AND GROUNDS The church has hired Mechanical Engineer Todd Butler of Albany, GA to design the replacement heating and air conditioning system for the Shell Annex. The updating of this system is complicated, involving plans for 25 separate A/C units which are all connected together under one common control program. Mr. Butler will be completing his work soon and will meet with the Property Committee to share his design. Once the designs are approved by the Property Committee, the specifications will go out to a number of HVAC contractors for bids. Once a bid is accepted, the contractor we hire will order and receive the units, and then begin replacing units. At the conclusion of the installation, the building will be thoroughly cleaned of any remaining mold and then ready for occupancy. This is a major renovation and the Property Committee thanks each member of FBC for your patience and understanding as we make our buildings as safe and comfortable as they can be. FELLOWSHIP CLUB Join your friends in a great time of fellowship and fun as we gather at noon on Monday, February 7 for food and inspiration. Rev. Lynn Roberts is our speaker. Art
