CORE POWER This 30 minute class concentrates on strengthening and toning the abs and lower back for an ultimate core training program. Get the six pack you've been dreaming of! (All levels welcome) SPIN Experience the ride of your life. This low-impact cycling workout is designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness and maximize caloric burn by incorporating interval- based drills, visualization and effective coaching techniques. You'll have so much fun you'll forget how hard you're working. A great workout for those who would like to lose body fat or maintain a lean physique. MAT PILATES Pilates is not just exercise, but a complete body conditioning system consisting of flowing movements that will cause one to feel energized, toned and lengthened, giving a sense of both physical and emotional well-being. A core strengthening workout that focuses on core stabilization and movement. Beginners are welcome. HATHA YOGA Hatha yoga is the classical form of yoga postures and breathing that revitalizes the body physically and mentally. It is an uplifting practice that increases muscle tone, improves flexibility and concentration, detoxifies the vital organs and allows you to relax deeply. Our Hatha yoga classes are open to students of all levels. Modifications are given for more challenging postures. We encourage you to slow down and rest any time you need to. HOT YOGA Hot (Hatha) Yoga practiced in a heated room to promote the detoxification process for the body. Come sweat and let go. MOKSHA-INSPIRED YOGA (NO-HEAT) Based on the full Moksha yoga series, a dynamic system of 40 postures and breathing exercises. Works to stretch strengthen and tone the muscles while detoxifying the body and calming the mind. The system is systematically designed to promote openness through the hips and strengthen through the upper body and a safe and effective way. Both standing and seated poses are practiced providing a full-body workout, giving a cardiovascular and rejuvenating practice. KUNDALINI YOGA** Kundalini yoga classes are a dynamic, powerful, fast paced and effective form of yoga that produces quick results. Benefits of Kundalini yoga classes include weight control, relief from stress and insomnia, enhanced creativity, lymphatic cleansing, liver detoxification, balancing the heart and mind, and developing will-power. A Kundalini yoga class stimulates the nervous system, glandular system and the immune system as it centres the mind and opens the spirit. These results are achieved through specific yoga posture sets. Each Kundalini yoga class includes centering oneself with a mantra, warm up, a specific yoga postures set, deep relaxation and meditation. Open to all levels KINESIS BOOTCAMP** Take your fitness to a new level. With this intense 45-minutes class you will experience a challenging strength-conditioning and cardio workout guaranteed to make you sweat. Fast track yourself to weight-loss, lean muscles and aerobic endurance. Max participants in each class 10 (min of 6 required to run class SPIN & HT** Start with a spin 30 minutes spin session to get your body warm and prepared for the 30 minute Human Trainer (HT) suspension training workout. Cardio and muscle work combined to give you an ultimate workout in only 1 hour.
**Specialty and Small Group classes are part of the Golds Group Personal Training Program (GGPT). Access to these exciting classes are available on a drop-in, 12-class flex-pass, or a monthly membership option. The schedule is available upon request.
