for Teachers: 1. Facilitate and Inspire Student Learning and Creativity Teachers use their knowledge of subject matter, teaching and learning, and technology to facilitate experiences that advance student learning, creativity, and innovation in both face-toface and virtual environments. Teachers: a. promote, support, and model creative and innovative thinking and inventiveness. b. c. d. engage students in exploring real-world issues and solving authentic problems using digital tools and resources. promote student reflection using collaborative tools to reveal and clarify students' conceptual understanding and thinking, planning, and creative processes. model collaborative knowledge construction by engaging in learning with students, colleagues, and others in face-to-face and virtual environments.

Target Audience: The target audience for our presentation will be teachers in grades 9-12. This audience will primarily consist of members between the ages of 22-60. Most of the teachers who will view this presentation come from a white, middle class background. There are also several teachers from African-American and Hispanic backgrounds. All teachers participating in the workshop have attained at minimum a Bachelors degree, while approximately 60% of the target audience has earned a graduate degree (Masters, Specialist, or Doctorate). Beyond Questions is an Internet-based program that would require users to possess basic knowledge of navigating the Internet. All other skills directly related to employing the program will be provided through the workshop. Learning styles of the audience may vary. Primarily visual and auditory learners will benefit from this workshop as the digital video will provide specific instruction on employing the system. Hands-on learners will also benefit by logging onto the Beyond Questions website and following along with the instructional video. Audience member motivation will be enhanced through active participation (following along with the presentation on the website), humor, relevance of Beyond Questions to current assessment experiences, and through present/future usefulness of the program in the classroom. Additionally, the beneficial nature of the program in promoting student engagement, learning, and achievement will also motivate audience members.

Objective: Given the Beyond Question response system equipment the staff should be able to identify all of the equipment necessary for the system to work, plug and perform to find the anonymous student feedback by Automatic grading and reporting of students work.
