Descriptive discussion: The graph above indentifies how much our world is spending on abortions by the dollar. Abortions are procedures that are usually a large lump some of money on the individuals life and on the local communities. The graph also shows the differences between conventional use and recommended use. Conventional use is at a higher dollar rate than the recommended in the restricted and liberal category. The dollars are at a high of 40.9 percentages but the liberal recommended use is at a low of 5.45 percent.

Interpretive discussion: Money and tax dollars of our country is being spent on abortions everyday. This social issue is seen in many different perspectives depending on the individuals morals and beliefs. The graph basically gives a brief lay out of what is going on and where money is going. It shows the health care level of where money is being spent by the dollar on abortions everyday.

Descriptive discussion: The graph above explains abortion numbers and rates by states and of occurrence in the year of 2000. The three large states that stuck out were California, New York, and Florida. The graph is stating that California had the highest rates on abortions during this time frame. However, secondly came in New York with about 32.6 percent and Florida in the lowest of 20.2 abortions.

Interpretive discussion: I believe that since these three states have a larger population of individuals the abortion rates will be at a higher rate than any other state. These states are known to have several resources and general information to aid local communities however, this issue stills arises. During this time period California had the higher percent which is understandable knowing that California is a large state which on the other hand New York has the same issue.

Descriptive discussion: The graph is indentifying the abortion numbers and rates by race over the years of 1990 to 2007. During this time period new generations of people were being created. The graph is sectioned off by races from All races, White, Black, and Other. It is seen that the Black and Other community had higher rates of abortions from Blacks having rates of 26.4 and 19.9 percent and the Other community had rates of 10.4 and the All races had a high of 11.4 in the 1990. in all of the categories in the year of 1990 all rates were higher than what they were in 2007.

Interpretive discussion: This graph gave me great knowledge of what is going on in the world and what the rates and percentage were in the year of 1990 to 2007. The minority community had the higher rates of abortions in this time frame. It can be said that since some minorities usually live in rural and less resourceful areas the lack of resources to provide for a child let along a family would be difficult so the option of an abortion is at hand. The graph basically brakes down the All races , White , Black. And Other categories by their percentages and by the year of which were at a high and at its low.

Descriptive discussion: The graph is indentifying the abortion numbers and rates by race over the years of 1990 to 2007. During this time period new generations of people were being created. The age category from twenty to twenty four had the highest abortion rate during this time. It is also seen that when it comes to martial status that more unmarried women had abortions than married women did. The Non- Hispanic had lower rates than the Hispanic community rates.

Interpretive discussion: It can been said that the younger generation of women had a higher abortion rate due to lack of knowledge or even guidance in ones homes over this time period. Women were on the rise with abortions at this time, on the other hand when it comes to martial status the unmarried women have higher rates than the married women. This could be to the degree of unmarried women have more casual sex than married women do and that can lead to more situations to occur.

Summary and Conclusion: This overall research brighten the way I think about abortions and I received knowledge that I did not know that much about before. All of the graphs are lay outs of abortions in categories by race, age, martial status, and characteristics. Abortion is a serious social issue that all of society stands at a different stance with however, this is an ongoing problem that has been on the rise since 1990 and before to present day. Most of the graphs show that the age group of women between the ages of twenty and twenty-four has the higher abortion rates in the country. It can be said that younger women during this time did not receive the proper knowledge on responsibilities and guidance to do well in life from all of the abortions that were done in these years. When it comes to the race aspect it is showing that minority women mostly in the Black community and Other category have higher rates but Caucasian women have high rates as well. The minorities usually live in rural backgrounds and usually abortions are the only get away for women to not bring a child into a world of difficult times. Caucasian women usually have the resources and information that minorities dont have so their opportunities are different. I was also able to identify the difference between the martial status between a married and unmarried individual. I believe that more unmarried women have more abortion because of the single life style and the more open causal sex while on the other hand married women have lower rates due to the fact of that category of women are married. The overall purpose of this issue is to show Americans what our world and money is going to on a daily basis. I am able to see the different races and who had the high and low rates when it comes to abortion and changing the world for the better over time.
