3rd Phase: Feedback & supply of compost

Howtheprojectcancontributetothewaste managementpolicyinGreece?
By demonstrating to other Municipalities how a separate collection system for biowaste can be planned and implemented By initiating composting of biowaste in the greater Athens area, taking into account that 3 composting plants are to be constructed within the next years By evaluating the compost quality in accordance with standards such as Eco-Label correlating it with different collection systems By producing an innovative software tool which will evaluate the carbon footprint as well as the costs of alternative biowaste collection and treatment solutions.
