Rnd 1: Rnd 2: Rnd 3: Rnd 4: With Main Color and larger hook, ch two. Work six sc in second ch from hook = six sts. Work six sc in each st around = 12 sts. Work six sc in each st around = 24 sts. * Work one sc in each of next ve sts, two sc in next st. Repeat from * around. Continuing in rnds, DO NOT JOIN AND DO NOT TURN, repeat Rnd 4 until piece measures approximately six inches in diameter (or across), ending with an even number of sts. Work one sc in back lp ONLY of each st around. Work one sc in each st around. Continuing in Rnds, DO NOT JOIN AND DO NOT TURN, repeat last Rnd until piece measures approximately eight inches in height. Sl st in next st, ch three. * Sk one st, hdc in next st, ch one. Repeat from * around. Join with a sl st to beg ch. Work (sc, ch one, sc) in each ch one sp around. Fasten off. With Main Color and smaller hook, ch ve, join with sl st to form a ring. Work 12 sc in ring, join with sl st to beg sc. Fasten off. Sew rings to back (at top and bottom of ring only) as shown on illustration. With three strands of Main Color and smaller hook, ch approximately 10. Fasten off. Sew handle to back of pouch below Beading Rnd as shown in illustration. With three strands of Main Color and smaller hook, ch approx 60 70 (make chain longer than desired, you can always cut it shorter). Thread strap through rings as illustrated. Adjust straps to t, tie a knot or bow between the two top rings and sew knot or bow to pouch. With two strands of Main Color and smaller hook, ch approx 25. Thread Tie through Beading Rnd.

With Main Color and larger hook, ch four, join with sl st to form a ring. Rnd 1: Rnd 2: Rnd 3: Rnd 4: Rnd 5: Rnd 6: (Ch three, sc in ring) four times = four ch-3 lps. DO NOT join and DO NOT turn each rnd. Place a safety pin marker in beg lp of each rnd. * (Ch three, sc, ch three, sc in next lp). Repeat from * around = eight ch-3 lps. Repeat Rnd 2 = 16 ch-3 lps. * (Ch three, sc in next lp). Repeat from * around, increasing four ch-3 lps evenly spaced = 20 ch-3 lps. Repeat Rnd 4 = 24 ch-3 lps. Repeat Rnd 5 = 28 ch-3 lps. Piece should measure approx six inches in diameter (or across), when slightly stretched. Leave safety pin marker at end of this rnd. Work in pattern as established on 28 ch-3 lps until piece measures approx three inches from marker when slightly stretched.

EDGING: Rnd 1: * (Two sc in next lp, three sc in next lp). Repeat from * around = 70 sts. Rnds 2 3: Work one sc in each st around = 70 sts. Rnd 4: * (Sk two sts, (sc, dc, sc) in next st. Repeat from * around. Sl st to beg st. Fasten off. Finishing: Work in all ends. Sew three Rosettes to cap as shown in photo. ROSETTES (Make two in Tadpole and one in Moss) Starting at center, ch ve, join with sl st to form a ring. Rnd 1: (Sc in ring, ch three) 12 times, sl st to beg sc = 12 ch-3 lps. Rnd 2: (Sc in next ch-3 lp, ch three, sc in same ch-3 lp, ch three) 12 times. Sl st to beg sc = 24 ch-3 lps. Fasten off.
