Subject: Future Instructions regarding ICT Project.

I Regarding collection of Computer Fee Quarterly.

As per DGSE Memo no: 4/6-ICT/2007-08/Fees/014495 dt: 06-06-08:

1. In partial modifications of the instruction already issued regarding collection of

computer fee it has been decided to collect the computer fee quarterly from student
of class 6th to 12th from new academic session i.e. from 1st April 2008.

2. The fee should be collected after every three months in 4 quarterly installments
would be due on 1st April, 08, 2nd on 1st July 08, 3rd on 1st Oct,08 and 4th would be on
1st Jan,2009.

3. Fee will be collected from the students of 6th to 12th class for all the four quarters
irrespective of date of admission. The school Principal should collect computer fee
for the period during which students were not on roll or present/absent.

II Regarding Internet Complaints.

As per DGSE Memo no: 2/4-ICT/2007/BSNL/15385-15404 dt: 13-06-08:

4. You are aware that internet connectivity in most of the school is very poor, the
main reasons for which are possibly non-registration of complaints by the schools
and also indifferent response from the BSNL.

5. With a view to rectifying the situation, it has been decided that with immediate
effect the schools will register all internet complaints with the ICT Coordinator in
the DEO’s (SE) office ICT Branch.

Principal are ensure that internet in no school remains non-functional for

more than 72 hours.

III Regarding Vacations of Computer Faculties.

As per DGSE Memo no: 5/6-ICT/2008/Leavs/13579-98 dt: 29-05-08 :

6. Computer Faculties/Teachers will have the vacations(Winter/Summer) same as

other subject teachers except any engagement for Teachers Training in DIET or
any other Venue.

IV Regarding Contract of Computer Faculties.

As per DGSE Memo no: 5/3-ICT/2008/Rectt./Ren/16043 dt: 19-06-08 :

7. Contract of all Computer Faculties/Teacher is renewed for the next one year i.e.
upto 31-03-2009 on the basis of the previous terms/rules/updations from time to
time.

V Regarding Computer related work.

As per DGSE Memo No. 3/5-ICT/2007/Misc/Meeting/1418-38, Dt. 11-01-2008:

8. It is apprised to all the Computer Faculties/Teachers that they will do all computer
related work assigned to them by the school.

All concerned Principals/Heads of the schools are required to strictly comply

with the above said instructions.
