The British Parking Association are pleased to invite you to the BPA Members Dinner and presentation of the
Ernest Davies Award for Advancing Parking Knowledge 2008.

The Dinner will provide you with a unique opportunity to network with other parking professionals in the impressive surroundings of
one of London’s oldest livery companies.

The evening commences with a pre dinner reception held in the lavish setting of the Court Room and Drawing Room.

Dinner will then be served in the magnificent Livery Hall, with its ceiling paintings and marbled pillars.
Complementary wines, port and brandy will be served.

After Dinner there will be a guest speaker and the presentation of the Ernest Davies Award for Advancing Parking
Knowledge 2008. .

Terms and Conditions

Booking:
The booking constitutes a legally binding agreement. If you have not
received confirmation of your booking within seven days please contact us.
Payment of Fees:
All invoices must be paid in full prior to the Dinner. Invoices issued by
the BPA must be paid within 7 days of the invoice. BPA reserves the
right to re-allocate a table to another company is invoices are not paid
within the given timescale above.
Cancellation
All cancellations to bookings made within 30 days of the event will be
subject to a 50% charge.
The BPA reserves the right to change the venue or cancel the event
due to unforeseen circumstances without liability; in these circumstances
a full refund will be offered. We cannot be held responsible for any
other costs incurred due to cancellation.
