Assuming that Licensed capacity has been installed is adequate area provision made for future growth.

2. Is phased development possible without disturbing existing plant working.

3. Can any future needs be incorporated which are not known or thought of now.

4. Is the layout compact or congested, please comment.

5. Is it an advantage to have only one entrance & main road only on one side of plot.

6. Is adequate space provided for tree plantation, gardens, landscape, etc.

7. Assuming that plot is level and drain outlet is near entrance is layout such that water logging will not occur.

8. Is prompt and easy access available for supervision during emergency.

9. Is location of administration block, canteen & resident quarter appropriate.

10. Is location of raw material & finished goods (BSR) godowns ideal.

11. Is location of power, DG sets & water storage tanks suitable for operation.

12. Comment on location of effluent treatment plant & tank farms, solvent & oil yard.

13. Assuming raw materials are powers and if wind direction is from east, will there be any effect on layout and surrounding areas.

14. Can adequate control be exercised on movement of people to premises or within plot.

15. What do you think is the effect on architectural frontage & dispatch from the BSR (Finished Goods) godown in this layout.

16. Do you think used layout is proper. Is the present layout likely to pose any problems in electrical & piping cross over across roads to various plant building.

17. In case of major fire is escape easy for personnel from plants or other building.

18. Is it possible to interconnect all plant buildings to get more floor space for future expansion.

19. Assuming that you are permitted to have two entrances where do you think you would provide the second gate & why?

20. Is location of substation ideal if incoming power lines are running parallel to 300 meter side wall.
